1 Trust Issues

Song Yi Chien and Qiao Nuo are smiling side by side as the media took pictures of them together. Red Gala is one of those rare occasions where the power couple are spotted together. "Mrs. Song, do you have any comment regarding Ms. Yi?"one of the reporter yelled referring to her husband's rumor affair. "I trust Yi Chien regarding that matter"Qiao Nuo replied with a smile, then side eyeing her assistant, which her assistant replied with a nod.

Yi Chien didn't say a thing, instead he grabbed her waist as they walked towards there spot. "Get that hand of yours away from my waist, or I'll cut it."Qiao Nuo whispered, but from an outsider's perspective it might seem that she's saying something sweet to him.

Father Song, will be receiving an award tonight, among one of the most outstanding businessman in S City. Mother Song, and Yi Ran are already well sit when the couple arrived. Yi Ran greeted the couple with a smile, while Mother Song gave Qiao Nuo a hug. "I'm glad to have you here"she said. "What about me? I'm your son."Yi Chien said pointing his index finger at himself. "Well, what's going on with that actress...you can't even go home everyday and now your giving Qiao Nuo more stress"Mother Song said then proceed to sitting at her spot ignoring her son. "Brother, turns out we are not her favorite children"Yi Ran chuckled.

"Mom, that actress is only using Yi Chien's name for popularity. I trust Yi Chien."Qiao Nuo said defending him at the same time giving Yi Chien one of her threatening signature look that only him can recognize. "Okay, but if he decided to bully you give me a call"Mother Song said.

After receiving the award, Father Song gave his speech mainly praising his staff and thanking his family members for support. "Why aren't you joining us for dinner?"Father Song asked when the couple excuse themselves. "Qiao Nuo have a lot of matter to deal with at the law firm tomorrow morning Pa, and I have a morning flight too"Yi Chien said.

The driver was already waiting outside as soon as they step out of the building. "Song Yi Chien you finally did something right today"Qiao Nuo said referring to him making an excuse about the dinner. "I usually try"he smirked, loosening his tie. The villa helper greeted them upon arriving back home.

The butler sighed seeing the two of them walked separate paths. Yi Chien stay at the right side of the villa, while Qiao Nuo stay on the left. The villa is huge enough that two of them barely see each other unless it's meal time.

After showering, Yi Chien grabbed his work phone. "Boss"his assistant yawned. "I told you to keep an eye on those article right?"Yi Chien said, with his tone the assistant knew he's in trouble. "Boss, why don't you just tell Mrs. Song that you declined the offer and nothing is going on between you and that actress"his assistant said. "Do you really think Qiao Nuo would believe me?"Yi Chien asked then it took a while for the assistant to say another word. "Okay Boss, what do you want me to do?"his assistant asked. "Cancel that deal"Yi Chien said then he hang up.

On the other side of the villa Qiao Nuo was also busy preparing for tomorrow's meeting.
