13 Decision

Katy waited for Mika at the hospital lobby but Mika never came inside. She received a call from Mika few minutes later, "Katy, I know you're scared and confused but trust me, David and your brother's doctor will never hurt him. David was probably used by someone but I believe the doctor won't do anything to harm his patient. Do me a favor first, go into Lukas' hospital room and watch him for me. Keep me updated about his condition. I need to meet someone who's behind all of the thing." Katy nodded and her voice was shaking, "M-Mika...Why aren't you coming in??" Mika's replied in a firm voice, "Trust me. Just do this favor for me, I know you can do it."Katy nodded, "Okay, come back fast."

Mika needed to make a risky decision, if she went into the hospital, she might be watched. Since Katy is Lukas' younger sister, they will let her in. Mika called Katerina on the phone, "Let's meet." So, Mika met with Katerina inside her house. Katerina smiled and said, "We knew you'd come." Mika saw Anthony sitting on the couch with his legs crossed, "Mika! Come over here." Mika took a deep breath and making sure she does not over-react, "What do you want from me?"

Anthony slightly laughed, "Come over here. You'll know." Mika obeyed and went over to Anthony.

"My Mika...isn't this a pretty scene?" Mika saw at least four surveillance cameras. Two outside Lukas' room and two cameras in Lukas' room. Mika was relieved Lukas and Katy were safe.

"So, you're the one who's behind this. What's your motive, Anthony?" Anthony leaned closer to Mika, "My motive isn't important. What's important is that you are mine since you came here by yourself." He smirked. Mika closed her eyes and thought, son-of- a-b--h, in your damn dreams. Anthony looked at Mika and smiled, "You knew I won't really hurt my brother. You are right, I was just threatening him. He took what is mine."

Mika didn't pay attention to any his s---, "Anthony, I'm very disappointed in you. What you are doing now is very childish. Don't you dare touch my man." Anthony got angry and grabbed Mika's neck, "How dare you! You are mine. You are my property." Mika struggled and she wasn't able to pull out her phone, "Crap, I can't breathe." She has to think of something... right.. you have your arms and legs.. come on Mika, you can do it. Then, she kicked Anthony and fought real hard with him. Anthony screamed in pain in his private area.

"Serves you right, son of a b--- if you hurt my husband, I'll double your pain." Mika screamed and kicked him in the shin again, "If I see you hurting my husband again, I'll never forgive you!"

Mika ran from Anthony's home, she was done with him. She couldn't believe how awful he turned out. He was a total jerk in the face. Well, that kick sort of hurts but it was worth it, she thought. Even though she knew the truth, it's in her nature not to betray anyone. Lukas never hurt her, sometimes a bit of pain but overall, Lukas was way better than his so called twin brother.

Anthony was still in pain and Katerina laughed, "You couldn't even beat Lukas' wife yet you wanted to kill your brother. Your job failed. Better call your minions back. I don't think you even needed me, so long, Anthony." Katerina packed her belonging and left Anthony's house.

"I'll forgive you this time, Mika. Next time, I won't be forgiving." Anthony chuckled and cleaned himself.

On the taxi, Mika called Katy, "Is everything alright? How's Lukas? I'm heading to the hospital now. Sorry, I had to handle some stuff." Katy replied in a worried tone, "My brother just woke up but he wanted to get out of the room. He wasn't allowed to get out of the room because of his current condition so a doctor locked him in... I'm currently outside of the room." Mika calmed Katy down and asked who was the doctor who locked Lukas' in and she said it was Dr. Karl.

"Dr. Karl? Okay, then. It's for Lukas' safety I suppose. I'm right outside of the hospital. Text me the floor and room number. I'm coming up now." Mika went up the elevator and went to 11th floor, room 1102. Mika saw Katy waiting outside anxiously.

"Katy!" Mika waved at her and went to give her a hug, "Are you alright, Katy?" Katy nodded and saw Mika's strangulation mark, "What happened to your neck?" Mika only mentioned it was a conflict between someone. Mika reassured Katy everything will be fine since she was here. Mika saw Katerina, David, and Dr. Karl coming together. She was on high alert and went in front of Katy.

"Stay behind me." Mika told Katy it will be alright.

Katerina saw Mika and waved at her, "Mika!" Mika didn't even answer but instead asked, "Explain yourself." Mika wasn't there for jokes. Katerina took off her sunglasses and explained to Mika, "I'm sorry, Mika. I'm very sorry. It was all an act to let Anthony believe that we're on his side. His ultimate goal is to steal your husband's spot. You think we'd let him? I know it will be hard for you to forgive us but we all swear, we are not on his side anymore. Ever since I was talking to Anthony on the car at the airport, I knew something was up with him. I had to understand him better in order to retaliate. Rest assured, Mika, we won't ever hurt your husband. Believe us, it was an act." Mika still didn't believe but Dr. Karl stepped in, "You are Lukas' wife, Mika, am I correct? Lukas is fine for now. His leukemia isn't too serious as long as you are willing to help him. We're able to control for now. Don't worry. I can let you see your husband. He was in a bit of panic earlier so I locked him in for his own safety." But before Dr. Karl opened the door, David stepped in.

David went to Mika and bowed, "I'm sorry, Mika. I didn't mean to scare you. Katerina and I were friends as well so she told me to act as if I'm one of Anthony's minion, she gave me those tranquilizer to let Lukas sleep and we took him to the hospital because Anthony wanted Lukas to be in the isolation room to make him suffer from the pain of leukemia without you, Mika. We all knew how important you are to Lukas. We couldn't follow that order so we asked Dr. Karl for help and few of my other buddies. Like Katerina said, we're all on your side."

Mika was still in disbelief but eventually she opened up, "I see... We'll talk about this later. Can I go in and see Lukas?" Dr. Karl nodded and unlocked the door. Lukas saw Mika and he immediately hugged her, "Don't leave me ever again." Mika nodded, "I won't. I'm sorry."
