82 The Significant Dream

I'm by the cliffs, facing the calm waves of the infinite sea. The full moon is shining incandescently, befitting the illusory night sky. Gently, the wind caresses my numb, pale cheeks.

For a moment, the weight from my shoulders disappears as I stare at the tranquil sea. Such scenery is worth to be witnessed during the night. But the question as to what brought me here lingers.

My feet feel like it's glued to the ground. My body is stiff; I can do no movements but blink. I can't do anything but stare at what's ahead of me and below. The terrifying drop from where I stood tightens my chest. I'm never really good with heights.

I try to open my mouth to speak out but still, nothing.

The ground starts shaking furiously, but I still managed to keep myself up with my feet seeming like it's cemented. And I feel the presence appearing close by behind me. Unfortunately, I can't turn around to see who they are.
