The deity, Beorene, liked the clear blue sky and the sunshine gleaming, bringing heat to the land. However, the sound of drizzling rain and the dullness brought by cloudy weather was more to her likeness. She finds the cold calming. It mirrored her stirred emotions set free in teardrops. 

Beorene wanted to stay true to how she feels. She hated nothing but dishonesty, and because of this, she created the kingdom with the weather that mimics her emotions. There are brighter days, but most of the time, it's an infinite pour. 

Others would think of this as a curse. But her loyal subjects never questioned her; they understood her. She taught her people the importance of expressing how you truly feel and the pain of keeping it in. 

It explains why the beings of Beorene never hesitate to provide the right actions or words in certain circumstances. They never back down from what they think is right and charge with the right goal.
