110 Heaven On The Ceiling

Mina bows and asks for her dismissal when she successfully leads me to the door of the library. If it isn't for her kind assistance, I never would have known that this room was on the first floor. Much more, all the way to the edge of a long hallway. 

Our walk here was also somewhat enlightening. Mina informed me of something I never knew was already disclosed around the castle. Since Ducan holds a scary front to the servants, they successfully kept it very quiet. 

"Thank you, Mina. I hope to see you around," the surprise causes her eyes to widen, and her cheeks went red. She nods her head as a sign that it will happen before disappearing in the direction of the main hall. 

Intaking a sharp breath, I place my hand on the cold doorknob before turning it. The door creaks open, wide enough for me to step in before I close it back, silently.
