4 Unstable rat

Qu awoke, it could feel the energy used come back to it. It decided to attempt movement again, it started trying to move, this time it could to a point. Qu moved to one direction to only be greeted by what it could guess a wall. It then decided to try moving along it to then feel movement stop again, it decided to but it had used up too much energy trying to move so it began to feel tired once again due to it moving so much, so it sat still, it was still awake but chose to retain its energy.

Yen had placed the ooze into a slightly larger container as he needed more room to work with the little creature, the moment it was placed in to Yens surprise the ooze had began to move immediately it proceeded to go to one wall of the container and then follow it to a corner but then continued no more, it just sat still doing nothing. Yen could barely keep in his excitement, he was actually able to find a ooze wanted to explore. For being such a good specimen Yen had decided to reward the ooze a small rat in one of his other containment boxes

Qu sat still waiting for something, anything to happen at all. But it's wish had come true, as soon after Qu sat still it felt something enter its body of mass, it felt warm and it could feel the blood and flesh disappear within itself it felt heavenly. Soon after Qu ate the whole thing a screen of text appeared in the blank space of what Qu could see. The writing asked 'would you like to evolve to a - rat-'. Qu chose to as fast as it could, apon accepting this a new screen appeared showing a small rat and only one thing under it 'what gender to you want all your future creatures to take'. Qu wondered if this really would affect it in the outside world, but if it happend to be an option then it has to be answered. Qu chose to be female.

Yen looked at the ooze watching the rat slowly die in it. But afterwards the ooze seemed to shift around and slowly the ooze took the form of a rat and as time went on you could see fur appear and skin cover the top of the ooze's body. "Holy shit", Yen was scared to his soul, he could see the new rat slowly walking around in the cage, but what alarmed him most was the every now and then peaces of the rat would melt into a grey ooze to only then reconnect itself to the original position it was in, it either slowly made its way back or in some cases the ooze would jump back to it almost defying gravity as it sucked itself back into place, the rat seemed to be unstable.
