3 Planning and 'biting the hand that feeds you' (Edited)

Yueliang mentally made a list of things to do and not to do. Her memories were now extremely valuable because she had the knowledge of what would happen in the upcoming four years. She could even become one of the richest stockholders in China if she wanted to.

Yueliang shook her head slowly with a smile.

'I'm already blessed enough that I was able to go back.'

'I can't do things that are too crazy but just a little bit won't hurt, right?'

She decided to make use of her knowledge of the future and asked for her notebook from her parents which they complied with her request. She always had a notebook. It was there just in case she thought of something or wanted to draw a new design.

But, this time, she used it to write down everything she knew that would happen in the future. ?~After about 10 minutes...~

Done! She put down her pen and smiled. Her wrist was aching for a bit because of the excessive amounts of writing she did but she ignored it.

'With this knowledge, I will become the most successful female celebrity in the world!'

She vowed in her heart she would never waver from this decision and would chase her dream with all of her might.

An hour passed as she was resting and a doctor wearing a lab coat and an assistant came in to examine her.

"Brain function and activity, normal," the doctor said in an almost mechanical voice.

The doctor said while reading his scans, "Blood pressure, normal, no signs of any other damage."

The assistant quickly jotted everything down and explained everything to them.

"You'll be fine and can be discharged today. There won't be a need for prescriptions so just rest for at least a month doing no exercise and nothing too damaging on the brain."

"Thank you, doctor," Yueliang said raising the corners of her mouth with a sincere attitude.

The assistant stood there astonished for a second before blushing.

'She really does look beautiful! Especially those red and golden colored eyes.'

The assistant thought to himself before quickly running away.

(A/N: The change in eye color is there for a reason. Not a typo.)

Yueliang laughed it off before she realised something and went into a state of confusion.

'How did I become injured?'

She didn't realise until now but she didn't recall ever getting injured when she was fifteen.

"Mom, I don't remember ever getting injured. What happened exactly?"

Yueliang's mother heaved a sigh before saying,

"I don't really know myself, to be honest. You just suddenly collapsed and we rushed you to the hospital but there was nothing wrong with you."

Yueliang thought for a second before deciding it was probably just when she had gone back in time and her body couldn't bear it so she had fallen unconscious.

She was eventually discharged and left the hospital, going back to her home accompanied by a servant as her parents had some important business meeting to attend. Although her parents weren't here, she still was excited to go back to the home she loved and remembered so much.

She sat in the passenger seat and admired the view. She went past rivers, small lakes and watched as time slowly passed until she had reached her destination.

As she exited from the chrome-lined black sedan, she was hit by a powerful wave of nostalgia.

This was the home she had spent almost all of her life in before her parents were taken away from her…

She reminisced in memories before she gave a brief smile about how she would be able to create more memories with her parents. But it was ruined when she heard an all too familiar voice.

A voice with mock concern asked, "Yueliang! Are you ok now? I was so worrie-"

Yueliang cut her off midsentence saying, "No I'm fine Jiao. My dearest 'sister'."

After the betrayal and the time in the hospital, she thought about everyone she knew and it dawned on her how obvious it was that her 'sister' was scheming against her.

Jealous of her talents and her title as heir.

The jealousy wasn't the worst part about it.

It was how Yueliang trusted her and brought her into the household.

Jiao wasn't Yueliang's sister at all. She wasn't even related to the family.

Jiao was brought into Yueliang's family because of Yueliang.

Jiao used to be Yueliang's friend in school when she was 5 but was eventually abandoned by her parents. Yueliang found out and asked her parents if they could adopt Jiao which they agreed and extended an open hand to accept her into the family.

Who knew that she would eventually grow jealous of the love Yueliang had from her family and betrayed her.

Truly a story of biting the hand that feeds you.

Although Yueliang had decided not to take revenge, she still would make things harder for her.

At least until she did something that Yueliang would deem worthy to repent for her sins.
