85 Power Testing
As I was about to head into the holodeck room with Cosmic Starlight and Kryl, I got an alert from the watchtower that something was entering earths atmosphere. Turning on the tv, it showed Doomsday had just fallen to earth and was in Metropolis already causing destruction. I quickly called out to Captain Marvel, Supergirl, and Crush. "Go confront the Monster Doomsday and hold him off until I can arrive. If you can take him down, even better".
I then called out to Golden Amazo, Booster Gold, and Static. "If The Justice Lords arrive on the scene, deal with them. Remember to avoid the evil Superman's eye beams if you don't want to be lobotomized or worse".
After they all went away, I was left with Otho, Osul, Kryle, my three disciples, and Cosmic Starlight as we all went into the holodeck. Kryl tested his powers out first as I had the holodeck pair him with a killer Superman eager to kill or zombify his opponents.
At first it seemed like a typical fight between two supermen, only Superman seemed a bit stronger making Kryl be constantly on the defensive. Once the fight had gone on a little while, one of the five rings began to glow and Kryl not only began to heal, but he also seemed to regain all the energy he had lost during the fight.
"What was that Kryl?" I asked curious.
"One of my rings is like a mini sun that can store and inject solar energy into me whenever I need it".
I watched as the Evil Superman flew towards him with a punch towards his face. At this time a second ring activated. Space around them seemed to fold and Superman was now punching a space behind Kryl as Kryl took the opportunity to grab him by his cape and throw him over his shoulder into the ground.
As I continued to watch the battle I began to realize what each ring did. The first ring stored and injected solar radiation, the second ring could fold space in a small area, the third ring created orange transparent constructs with no need of emotion to fuel it and was only as strong as the solar radiation stored in the first ring, the fourth ring let him phase through objects and go invisible, and the fifth could nullify other lantern powers or powers that utilized light according to Kryl.
The holodeck couldn't create something without enough data to go off of and the Justice Lords didn't have an Evil Flash, so I just worked around it by telling the holodeck to create a flash that was capable of killing. It seemed to work before with Batman. When the Killer Flash appeared, Cosmic Starlight stepped up as the stars around her continued to twinkle.
As soon as The Flash started to move, her stars disappeared along with him. Being in my base form I could only see a red blur run around as a number of small orange blurs followed him. Within seconds the orange stars caught up and one by one hit the Killer flash. Each time a star hit him, he slowed down considerably while the stars only got faster. Noticing this, the Killer flash made a move towards Cosmic Starlight herself.
Unfortunately for the Killer Flash, by time he got to her he was already as slow as a normal human. Cosmic Starlight subdued him with a kick to the face and then I had the holodeck create two Killer Flash's and two Justice Lord Supermen and let the both of them fight them as I started to make new costumes for Kryl, Osul, and Otho.
As I was making the costumes with the help of my actors wardrobe, I also watched at they fought again. After watching a bit, I realized that her stars could slow down not only speedsters, but almost anything. I watched as she slowed down Superman's eyebeams to the point that they just sat in the air unmoving until they suddenly just disappeared, it was an extremely op power, but it was not something she could continuously use either. It seemed to exhaust her quite a bit each time she used it.
Remembering I didn't have time to watch them fight, I hurried in creating the three new costumes. I intended Kryl to be my first Knight that guards my Castle. He would later command any Knights that exit the tower and become one of the castles guards. I figured he wouldn't mind doing so if his grandkids and himself lived there. His costume was made to look like a metallic dark knight. The costumes armor also came with a full mask and hood to hide his face. Because he drew his power from the sun, his chest piece had a large sun emblem on it that glowed similar to my moon chest piece.
Osul and Otho's costumes were a lot more simple. They were the Super Twins in the original timeline, in this timeline I didn't want them to be adopted into the house of El. They came from a noble clan created by the sun god Rao himself and were descendants of the legendary hero Red Sun, knowing this, I wanted them to show their original house of Ra sigil proudly and so I made their costumes to be a golden cloth material with a silver House of Ra shield on the chest similar to Supermans.
Handing the three their new costumes, Kryl looked at the twins costumes with interest. "How did you know the family sigil?.
I had overlooked the fact that I shouldn't know their family sigil, because they had never mentioned it. Thinking quickly I spoke. "Aren't all Phaelosians descendants of the house of Ra?"
Kryl seemed satisfied with my answer as he put on his costume and asked no further questions. It was good, because I wondered if I could answer them anyway. With all of us in costume and ready to go, we left to join the fight, hoping nobody had died or gotten too injured as they waited for us to show up as they held off the threats. My three disciples seemed extremely eager as we headed towards the currently on going battle.
With the powerful Heroes I had chosen on the scene, I had no doubts that they could at least hold them all off. Golden Amazo alone was stronger than my base powers, he could probably even fight with my SS1 form for a while. Of course I would win in the end, but he was not to be taken lightly and just like me, he would continue to only get strong with time.
