16 Chapter Sixteen

~Titan's POV~

I watch as my sister walks towards us. The others let her come. I feel Tirum at the edge, it all made sense.

"She's pulling the prank again isn't she" Firum answers in response to my thoughts.

"I'm pretty sure." I look around quickly at the others and start to worry. she may have let it go on too long and just ruined our chances at staying with this pack. I didn't like it when we were rouges, no, actually I HATE it. It was the worst and I don't think the others enjoyed it either. So my sister is about to give way to the information that she was pranking them. I think I should stop her but if I do then when they do find out they'll be even more mad. I wanted to ask Tirum for help but he's not that helpful.

"I'm only not helpful when you don't care for what I have to say." He grumbles from nowhere. I don't like that he can see my every thought. I always thought that being a shifter meant that I could easily block my thoughts from my "other side" but I can't and Tirum makes it seem like I never will be able to. He grumbles in the back of my head and I feel like we have no space between us. Well I realise that my problem is solved as Maple has there attention.

"-I'm so sorry Darian buut you should think twice before trying to "prank" me." she sighs confusing them.

"For I'll only get you back." she hides a smile evidently waiting for them to do something. But now I know why she's pranking them.

"No you don't, you only know that they did something. That does not mean you know what they did to gain her prankster side." my wolf seems annoyed, at me for goodness sakes. I can never keep my wolf happy and I have no idea how I am doing wrong. He grumbles something at my thoughts but I can't make out what he said.

"-mean." I clearly wasn't paying attention too well because they had already started the next process.

"Yah the same one you fell for 2 years ago. Oh she got you good. Those were the highlights to my life." Tirum decides to bring up the incident that I so sourly remember. I couldn't believe my 2 year old sister would do something like that to me, and yet she did. She put on a whole spectacle of me in front of our family and you know what, I am the one who got in trouble. NOT My 2 Year OLd Sister! Nooooo she pulled the worst prank ever and I get in trouble. My heart pounds as I remember her face. It was all red and puffy her black hair falling over her face when she bent down pretending to choke and have an allergic reaction. My face was mortified when I realised what I had done. I couldn't believe I was going to kill my sister for a prank. Well I wanted to kill her after I found out that she retaliated in another prank after I had confessed everything. I couldn't believe her and so I wanted to turn everybody against her.

"Like that worked out to your liking. I'm pretty sure it backfired and soon everybody didn't like you. In fact I remember so clearly that they decide that you would watch over your sisters as they went searching for berries. Oh you should be glaaad, because you and your sisters are still alive and your pack are all dead." he disappears again in the way that's so infuriating. I come back to reality right as my sister tells them it was a prank and to not be mad but it was an opportunity she couldn't waste. Shaking I feel like I want to help the men I just don't know how to. She was always better than me. My younger sister by a lot is the one people would choose to protect them. MY younger sister is the one people would choose to represent the pack littles. She's the one who gets to be friends with the alphas daughter, getting away with everything while Tsunami and I clean up after her. I don't know why Tsunami puts up with it but I hope that this alpha won't. I walk over to the men grumbling about this and that when the alpha stops me.

"Son, I don't know know you guys but I have a feeling the girls will be happy."

"What do you mean sir" I say trying to control my wolf as he tries to force me to bow down. He's very old timey and that gets in the way of things.

"I mean that these boys got competition. They were instantly regretting putting spices in her crepes one she and Carolina acted out. Carolina seemed to know so I think my son better watch out. He chuckles, claps me on the back and walks away. I just stare after him. My mind was blank.

"What just happened?" I ask Tirum. He comes out and smiles

"You just got told that the Alpha is ok with your sister and you guys staying here. He's letting you in" was his reply. Long after he was gone I still had not gotten it in my head. My heart beat fast and I finally realised what was missing while this whole fiasco was going on. Something that I need to ask the girls about.

Maple was laughing as she pulled me down the hall to my room. I was smiling at her and laughing along. We had left Tsunami at the edge of the hallway flabbergasted at us running away. As we entered the room I instinctively looked around. Maple stopped in the doorway as well and soon we both looked at eachother worry etched in our faces.

"Have you-"

"No have yo-"

"Nope not one little furry tail" Maple said cutting me off like I did.
