6 The reality of dreams ( 2 )
Bradlin stepped into his blank facade as soon as he stepped out of his car . Ignoring the reporters that stood there with greed for gossip on their face he nodded at the managers that had all stood there to greet him . Hoping to impress their boss they all had planned a great welcome .
A majestic feast awaited him in the main cafeteria which they had redesigned to look like a dining hall .
The managers moved forward to greet him
" Good morning , Master. Bradlin . We sincerely hope that you will have a great start at officially taking over this company . In your celebration we have organised a lunch party for the whole office . "
Everyone knew of his despise for people who tried to put others on a lower level so they had invited all the employees of the office .
Slightly furrowing his thick eyebrows together Brad walked on completely shocking the managers .
" Robert , i want to hold a meeting with all the office workers in the main conference hall . Gather them all within an hour " He left the corridor saying this heading into the private elevator that would take him directly to his cabin .
Standing by the window that overlook the buildings main corridor he watched a woman rushing towards the kitchen . His gaze never leaving her he pressed the bell for his assistant " Robert go outside and wait for me , i am going to get my coffee "
Brad walked out before his assistant could register his words .

" Whats wrong with this stupid thing . " She was not familiar with such luxuries . Having lived a middle class life she was not someone who knew how the hell to put milk in a coffee machine . Sandra was furious , it was her first day and she had no idea how to make a latte from the coffee machine.
Please let fate be fair to her she could not lose this job after all her hard work . ' wait , what hard work . ' Her second conscience wouldnt leave her alone making it impossible for her to get her brain working in order to make this machine work .
Mr.Eden had met her at his cabin and informed her to be at the meeting within the next ten minutes . He had also asked her to bring a latte with her in order to place him in the new boss favor . Five minutes had passed and she still couldnt make a simple coffee .
" Here , let me try " A deep voice carried through the room . She turned in suprise and was shocked to see the guy who'd crashed into her standing there . His face showed amusement at her that he tried to hide .
Sandra's face blushed hard " Thanks " .
As he stepped around her she couldnt help staring at him. He seemed familiar but it couldnt be , could it ?
Meanwhile Bradlin stood there with the latte ready as she wore a conflicted face in front of her ' I know what youre thinking , beautiful . Dont worry , you'll find out in a bit " Before letting her know him he wanted to find out all the things he'd never had a chance to know
" Come lets go . The meeting will be starting in two minutes " Brad held the kitchen door open for her .
Sandra could not stop thinking of this sweet gesture on the way to the hall . It was a large campus and would take five minutes for them to reach the hall .
" What's your position in the company " Brad had never seen or hard of her before . He had always managed his company from the shadows now that the company was to go international he had to step out .
" Im only an assistant to Mr. Eden " she wondered what work this male god did . He must have a good job ." What's your job " On impulse she couldnt stop herself from asking what had been on her mind .
She had always been an open and bright personality that spoke her mind but ever since three years ago she became reserved even though she still had her outgoing personality .
Being around this man had certainly brought something out in her . Beside him she felt safe or was it just his heavenly smell .
Whatever the case was she happily skipped beside him with her hands moving like a child she looked like an innocent child except her eyes that had a serious look around it .
Brad chuckled slowly on seeing her actions as he followed her . With her back facing him she could not see the peace he felt at .
Even his assistant who had spotted him was slightly shocked . He had gone into the kitchen for his coffee instructing his assistant to stay outside and he had returned with the young miss , the coffee in her hand.
Everyone was patiently waiting in the hall , no one dared to be late and had shown up ten minutes before since being late on the first meting with their boss was not a good impression to set .
The hall was a large room that was used for the big parties and meetings . It had a bright look and was now filled with noises . The only people who had not yet were the boss and the new assistant . None of Mr. Edens assistants lasted long and no one knew the reason . He had sent her to get a coffee for the boss and she still didn't return . He could not help frantically praying to God that she would be back soon before the meeting started . When the employees saw the empty seat beside the manager and boss they could not stop wondering where she was .
" Just employed yesterday and already acting so haughty " these comments made their way round the table .
" Where is your new assistant , did she also run away " Just as they started to ask him about it the door opened and the room fell silent like a cold wind had blown in and frozen their hearts .
Standing at the door was a cold man with an indifferent calmness around him . Beside him stood an angel with eyes that seemed to be searching their souls with an innocent look.
Bradlin and Sandra stood at the door .
Just before he had turned the door knob Sandra noticed his personality changing into a scary aura that frightened her . She closed her eyes and opened them with a determined look to come out and stand at the top no matter what .
The whole of the office employees stood and as Brad looked at them they looked away from his frightening stare .
As Sandra blinked she gasped ' oh shit , this is the new boss ' Slowly connecting the fits she looked at him as realization hit her . Her suspicions were correct .
He was the Bradlin Duncan . He was the devil of the development industries , and he was also the angel of her nightmares .
