Lord of Flowers

A while later

The trio came to the city gates.

They dismounted the Horses and sent them to the stable on the side as Mu Yu looked up at the huge gate, "Oh wow… How extravagant…" Jin Wu looked up and smiled, nodding "My Dad is a Golden Core after all. He still has this foothold, actually, the city itself is very prosperous." Long Zi nodded on the side with his hands behind his back.

The Gate to the city was a huge Marble archway with a steel gate. There was a massive signboard that seemed to be made of gold, carrying a fierce momentum saying [Golden Willow City]

The rest of the city was surrounded by a huge stone brick wall with guards in armor patrolling on top. Jin Wu looked at this and nodded. This was his idea. He turned to Long Zi and Mu Yu, smiling "Come on, I'll show you around."

They all walked through the gate and the guards bowed, "Young City Lord." Jin Wu waved and continued walking, pulling out a fan and fanning himself, pulling on Mu Yu's waist.

Mu Yu froze and Jin Wu whispered, "Shh." as he took on a frivolous look, waving his fan, "Brother Long, actually, I know the best brothel in the city. Simply follow me." Long Zi pursed his lips and followed him as they walked on the streets.

Mu Yu looked at all the buildings along with the road, it was almost as though she returned to Earth! There were buildings lining the streets with carriages going on the road and sidewalks on the side.

Jin Wu fanned himself and said frivolously, "In reality, Brother Long, the girl of the Su clan has a fiery figure. Even I can't help but be tempted. Her charms are absolute, if you'd like, I can arrange a meeting." Long Zi shook his head wordlessly.

Jin Wu smiled and teased Mu Yu on the side, flicking her cute nose with the end of the fan. Mu Yu was not happy to be molested like this. Jin Wu snapped the fan open, leaning over and whispering in her ear, "Just deal with it for now, my brother will actually kill me if he thinks I want the City Lord position."

Mu Yu snorted and leaned in, whispering, "If you lower your hand any more, he won't have a chance." Jin Wu pulled his hand up and coughed, embarrassingly, "Sorry… Force of habit…" She rolled her eyes and ignored him.

They continued down the street until someone stopped them, saying "Well, well, well~ If it isn't the Lord of Flowers himself!" Jin Wu pursed his lips and said "Brother Yu, have the Hibiscus girls miss me?" Yu Wushan curled his lips and walked over, scanning Mu Yu from top to bottom, making her shiver in disgust as he replied "Very much so, Jin Gongzi… Who is this charming beauty?" he held out his hand… elegantly, "Miss…?"

Mu Yu almost vomited, but Jin Wu snapped his fan, chuckling "Brother Yu, I think my woman is off-limits for you, right?" Yu Wushan waved his hand and smiled, "Oh, of course. I envy you very much, Gongzi, another beauty bride added to your collection! Haha~!"

Jin Wu chuckled and nodded, "My 16th Wife to be exact!" Yu Wushan's eyes flashed a cold light but he smiled, "Of course, of course… Do make sure to greet Uncle Jin for me." as he walked away.

Jin Wu continued walking as Long Zi looked at Yu Wushan's back with amusement. Mu Yu looked at Jin Wu and sneered, "16, huh?" Jin Wu's lips twitched, "It's not what you think." Mu Yu snorted and turned her face, saying dramatically, "You told me I was the only one! Hmph! I cannot believe your frivolous actions! Hmph!"

Jin Wu snapped his fan shut and replied, "One, two, it matters not how many, Yu'er. I have you all in my heart. You are the most important one to me." Mu Yu snorted and turned her nose up as Jin Wu comforted her.

Long Zi watched this scene with twitching lips. These two are really good at playing…

Jin Wu turned his head and smiled, "Come, Brother Long. We must have a banquet! Allow me to host you." before continuing on, seemingly disregarding Long Zi's acquiescence.

They arrived at the City Lord Mansion amidst many eyes watching them walk on the road.

Long Zi heard sighs and complaints, "Young City Lord ruined another flower. What a pity. This beast!" He looked at Jin Wu's back, wondering something. It shouldn't be, his Junior brother didn't have this personality at all.

They walked into the Mansion as the guards bowed, "Young City Lord." Jin Wu waved them off, saying "Yes, yes. Notify my father of my arrival! I'll bring my sweet Yu'er to my residence." The guards looked helpless and left.

Jin Wu brought Mu Yu and Long Zi to his own place. He put the fan away and sighed, "Don't look at me weird, okay? They do this on their own! I promise." Mu Yu and Long Zi were confused as Jin Wu opened the large door of the gate to his area in the City Lord land.
