Cataclysmic Cultivation

Bam!!! Without warning, my head felt like it was about to explode. All the memories of my passed life flashed before my eyes. When I came to, I was standing in our house near the kitchen, looking down at the floor covered in broken dishes

"What the fuck are you doing in there!?!" This was my father yelling at me from the shop out back. He came running in a mere second later. With me staring at the floor, slightly trembling, my father knew what had happened. " Garett, did you just awaken?"

" Aw.. awaken?" I asked. I couldn't remeber anything, and I was stating to become nervous.

" Since you are now able to speak, then yes, you have awakened. If your mother was here, instead of out in the garden, this wouldn't have happened." He said this while starting to pick up the broken dishes. " She'll be back in about an hour. Hahaha, you had better hope we get this cleaned up by then, or else she may not be in a good mood when she hears about this."

" Hear about what Barry?" said my mother as she walked in the door. As soon as her eyes adjusted to the inside of the house she gasped. " We better check him for cuts. And I told you to watch him carefully, he's almost 3 years old now!"

" Mom...." I said quietly

" What would have happened had he awakened right now Barry? Hmmmm? He could have...." she started.

" MOM!!!" I yelled.

" What?" she yelled back

I just stood there smiling looking back and forth between her and dad. Not saying anything else I ran over and threw my arms around her neck, " Hi."

" Ohhh, ar...are yo...hhhave you...ummm" my mother didn't know what to say. Tears started to flow. " Have you really awakened?"

" Dad says I can talk so he guesses I have, but I can't remember anything except that you 2 are my parents." I stated matter of factly.

" And here is your attitude love," my dad happily said picking up the last of the dishes. " He's got my looks and your attitude. I don't think this world is ready for this. An ugly fucker with an attitude. Ha. If he isn't a Spirit Master then we had better cut out his tongue so he can actually live a life."

" Hahaha. And with that you can sleep in your shop tonight." she stated

Looking at my dad, who stood 5'5", 180kg, wire muscles everywhere, short redish hair cut close to the skin, blue green eyes, crooked nose, standing there with his butcher's apron on holding broken plates. He wasn't anything special, just one of the local hunters for our little village

My mother on the other hand, only stood 5' tall, 250kg, long brunette hair tied into a plain ponytail, her green dress covered in dirt from the garden she grew to help feed the village. She was a Rank 2 Spirit Master, plant type. She could grow almost anything in any kind of climate.
