Dealing with a back stabber

Nami and Zoro were standing in the middle of a bar. Many bodies half dead and half alive lied all around them motionlessly. It was a small bar in the logue town. Or more like the underground operation headquarters of the black Mafia gang.

Zoro had been wanted by these guys because he had cut down the younger brother of the leader of this gang after one of his transactions was done with Nami. That's why the elder brother as well as the leader of the gang had put a prize of 50 million berries on the head of Zoro. Usually Nami doesn't do this kind of work. But when the money exceeds a limit, and the target is a bad guy, she also kidnaps people occasionally.

But unfortunately for black Mafia gang, this time they targeted Zoro.

Nami walked towards the leader and kicked him in his balls with just enough force for him to feel intense pain while not passing out.

Squatting in front of his face she lifted up his head to meet her eyes.

"Listen mother fucker, I am not in a good mood after knowing that one of my own brokers is planning to betray me.

We haven't killed many of your guys yet. So how about you tell me about the money and his plan ?" Nami asked with a no nonsense tone.

"The… the money is in the locker behind the second rack of wine bottles…. 256435…. And I don't know about Bob's plan in detail. I just knew that he was going to betray you and was hiring some goons from the different parts of the town. He was not confident in taking you down with that many goons.

So he had hired one of my men named Chango. That's how I learnt about his betrayal." The man greeted out the answer like a good boy. He knew that he can't beat the two monsters in front of him no matter the cost.

And besides he had other plans regarding the witch. So he didn't hesitate to give the money and the information.

Nami after getting the information left the man and went towards the locker. If she wanted she could have searched the room to find the money herself. But she didn't have time nor patience for that. Setting the lock pattern 256435, she opened the locker and found two suitcases inside them. From just the wait she could tell that each of them have 100 million berries in them.

"We got what we wanted… let's go." Nami told Zoro as both of them walked away from the small bar in the red light district of the logue town.

After reaching near the ship, Nami gave 15 million berries as promised.

She kept the remaining 185 million berries for herself considering that she had recently lost a galleon in a fight and a storm.

"So, are you going back to the man who was planning to betray you ?" Nami was surprised when Zoro asked her this question.

"Yes. Even though Bob was one of my older brokers, he is planning to double cross me. Even if I won't kill him, letting him go without consequences won't be good for my other business." Nami replied to him as she wrapped bandages around her body in order to look like she had gotten injured.

"Good. I don't like back stabbers either…. By the way would you charge me to drop me on a certain island on your way ?" Zoro asked Nami.

"No, but you will have to wait till I finish my business."

With bandages all around my body, I headed towards Bob's bar. It was located in the outskirts of the logue town. This time instead of using the abandoned or the official port in the logue town, I have docked my ship in a small village on the opposite side of Pole Star Island. Exactly like the Romance Dawn Island, Pole Star Island is a large Island. Logue town is just the largest city of this Island.

Zoro was not with me. He was chilling back on the ship along with Blue. I was going to Bob's bar because I wanted to confront him about double crossing me. Considering what he has planned for me, I might kill him or leave him alive.

It was the time of evening and as I had expected, along with many drunkards, prostitutes were already starting their work. Since the bar was situated in the outskirts of the town, not many people used to come here. So to attract more customers, Bob had extended his bar where local prostitutes give their services to the customers. Compared to the red light district, the prostitutes in this bar provides their services with cheaper price.

Due to the prostitutes, at least at night, Bob's bar remains active. And as I walked towards the counter, I noticed several peculiar ruffians. Unlike the usual drunkards who usually try to make advances on me, they did not even have a lewd expression on their faces. The way they looked at me with caution solidified my doubts. My body was bandaged in many places. So if they want to attack then they would attack me while I am weakened.

I walked straight towards Bob and took a seat in front of him. From his facial expression I could clearly see that he is very nervous. Sweat was clearly visible on his forehead.

He was trying his best to not look suspicious but it was not easy for him to hide things from me.

"Your regular ?" Bob asked me.

"Nah ! I am not in the mood to drink. That swordsman was more dangerous than they say. He almost killed me a few times. I am more interested in that money. And this time you will only get one million. I have risked my life for this. Now, where is the customer and where is my money ?" I asked him seriously.

Bob was one of the few people who had some brain in his skull. He knew not to piss me off, when I am serious.

And yet this time he had seriously tried to double cross me.

"Chillout Boss ! Will ya ? I have already contacted the client when you informed me about the target. He told me that he will reach Logue town with the money by tonight. He had told me that he would contact me the moment he reached there." Bob told me, trying to calm me down. He even poured me a glass of drink.

'Is this fucker serious ?' I thought to myself. I have clearly seen him mixing some substances into my drink.

'Does he think I am an amateur bitch ?'

I picked up the drink and brought it to my lips. Just before it touched my lips, I threw it straight to the fucker's face.

"Listen mother fucker your recipe is shit ! So your cooking is going to be shit too… I am tired of the games. Admit your mistake and I will leave you with just a few broken bones. But if you are serious about continuing this shit….

Well I think I don't have to tell you about the consequences." I told the fucker calmly.
