3 Terror

Okaleps POV

Few hours before the incident.

"Pa, You can rest here. Let me go and collect the herbs and if anything bad happens, you can call Sam here. He will help you." said okal.

She was going to collect some herbs since her father's health has been deteriorating. She has been living with her father from the past seven years after that nightmare.

"Okal sweetie, you have been doing all the work and chores of this house. This old man feels useless. Let me do at least one thing I'm good at." said her father Jeff.

Okaleps snapped out of her trains of thoughts and said, " Pa we all know that you are good at identifying herbs but at this condition, I dont think its a good idea and as for the chores; let me handle it. That's my responsibility. You dont have to worry about those stuffs. Just concentrate on being well."

"But okal forest is a dangerous place. I think u should at least take someone with you." said her father. He was worried about his daughter. She has been doing all the works in the house. He use to be a physician and was well respected in the village. But now because of this disease, he was unable to do simple things like walking and treating this patients.

" Pa I dont think I will have to take a company. Dont worry about me. I will be back before the dusk." With that she proceeds to the forest. On the way she met some villagers. They gave her nod and a smile.

Forest was a dense place. Due to the numbers of tall trees, sunlight could barely pass through. The herbs she needed were situated at the other end of the forest. By the time she reached the other end it was already dusk. It took her more than two hours to reach there. Although it was dark she managed to collect the herbs she came for.

As she was returning home, she heard distant screams like there was a havoc. She fastened her footsteps. The closer she got to the entrance of the forest the louder the screams were. Finally after one and a half hour she reached the landscape.

Her heart started beating faster, her breathing increase as she acknowledged the scene before her. There were bodies laying everywhere. The people she knew were all murdered. But the last part made her scream so loud that she was sure even the other village's people heard it.

There was he was. Blood dripping from his lips. Lifeless bodies lay beside him. He was looking like a demon. A blood sucking demon he was. But yet she couldn't ignore his beauty. That perfectly sculpted face with those muscle clad body with a tall height. Even when he was on his knee he still looked tall. Suddenly she snapped out of her trance and she noticed a body of a man who was beside his leg and he was holding his heart. That man was her father whose heart was ripped out.
