This is based on his personal experience living frugally as a Mu Qing Lang back in Earth. To make sure he can live properly as a person, securing his food, accommodation, and information is the most important thing to do before anything else.
He went closer to the donkey to gave it a few touches, which helps in familiarized himself with the donkey. It was grey and brown in color, with a faint white on the bottom belly. As it did not have a pair of dangling bells on the back, this donkey should be a female.
"I'll name you Xiao Hui, ok?" Qing Lang caresses the donkey as it nodded.
But some surprises came to him when his hand touches the small carriage said to be the Carriage of Immortality.
From its size alone, it's barely enough to fit him inside. What was surprising is an orientated control panel on the wall of this carriage. While the selection wasn't anything hard to understand, the functionality alone reminds him of the Screen Projector used during his primary school time.

As he found no other opening from the two longer sides and the back, Qing Lang can only take the steps and went to the driver's area. Perhaps, this is the only opening that allowed him to see what's inside this Carriage of Immortality.
It was a surprise.
The small wooden entrance brought him into a wide area about 5 x 5 meters wide, with a bed, study table, a chest about his waist in height, and a glass shelf. At the corner closest to the entrance is a small kitchen to prepare food.
"This is no longer a dream..." said Mu Qing Lang. He chose to inspect the shelf first but found nothing except a few empty specimen bowls littered on it. Next was the table, where some simple interface pops up on the surface when he takes a seat.

"Oh, not bad. The harvest is twelve hours if I nourish the plant with the Spiritual Thread. But even without doing so, I can harvest it after two days. If that the case, how about I plant the ten seeds and then bother with other stuff around me?" Qing Lang smiled.
Although he's yet to secure a proper food supply now, by planting the seeds and waited for two days, he can harvest enough Xian-Ren Grasses for ten meals, if he assumes it to be two stalks of the matured grasses a meal and twice a day.
Furthermore, he must not forget that the Carriage of Immortality produces the seeds daily. While he can only plant a total of 30 seeds until his first harvest is here, his first harvest will give him an accumulation of fifty new seeds to be replanted on the next batch.
This means that after the first harvest, Mu Qing Lang can sustain himself without taking out the accumulated seeds produces inside the Carriage of Immortality.
"Ah! Nothing beats all these positive thinking of mine, but I'll have to start planting them first. Luckily there are some pebbles and rocks around me, so making a marker to warn myself particularly when I'm walking around is necessary." Mu Qing Lang searched for a proper rock before he starts to dig.
When all the lines connected in four corners, it forms into a 5 x 2 meters box. The soil is loosened for the Xian-Ren Grass to grow, and after he finished planting the ten seeds, Qing Lang returned to the cabin and checked the information of the Spatial Water Gourd.
