5 HOT SPRING QUEST ( 1/2 )

[ RANDOM POLICE POV ]

I am Tsuki, a newly appointed police officer. Since I was a newbie, I mainly do night shifts. I was doing a late-night shift today, as usual, the station was mostly empty. I was about to take a nap, after playing some games on my computer when the phone on my desk started ringing.

I groaned and picked up the phone lazily.

" Hello, 110 What is your emergency? " I asked the person on the other end.

" I'm the manager of Golden Hotel. We found our staff murdered in a room here. Please come quickly" said the manager panicking.

" Don't panic, we will be there in a minute " I assured him, and hung up.

" Hey, Hito. Call the chief and tell him we have homicide at Golden hotel. I'm going there now, tell the chief and ask him backup" I told my colleague Hito, who was watching a movie and ran to my patrol car.

" We didn't have a homicide in years..." mumbled Hito behind me and picked up the phone to call our Chief.

It took me only 2 minutes to reach the Hotel. I got out of the car and entered the lobby, showing my badge to the receptionist.

A fat middle-aged man with short black hair wearing a suit approached me and introduced himself as the manager.

" Who found the crime scene? " I asked the manager, on the way to the crime scene.

" It was one of our maids, We heard her screaming, and went to check. " said the manager with a quiver in his voice.

" Why are shaking? " I asked noticing his behaviour.

'Maybe, he got scared seeing a murder the first time ' I thought. Even I was scared for the first time in the training.

" It's fine, it's common, to get, scared," I said and assured him.

The manager just shakes his head and mumbled something. He gestured towards a room and stood back, not wanting to come near the room.

I left him there and entered the room. I felt bile rising in my stomach, looking at the crime scene.

My legs became numb and I fell on my butt. The entire room was painted red, with blood. On the floor, legs, arms, bones and other humans, parts were lying. Blood was dripping from the ceiling, I looked to the centre of the room, where three heads were impaled to bones.

I ran out of the room and vomited my entire stomach. I took the water bottle, someone gave me and leaned my back against the wall.

' What monster did this? ' I thought breathing heavily while praying to never meet the one, who did this in my life.

[ SHIRO POV ]

MORNING 8:00 AM

I was having a nice dream when I heard knocking on the door. I woke up groggily, stretched my arms and opened the door yawning.

Standing in front of me was Kyoko wearing black leggings and a blue shirt.

" Shiro, Sorry to wake you up, but the hotel staff are telling us to check out. They're police in the hotel, and I heard some guests talking, about a murder in the hotel last night" said Kyoko.

" Give us 10 minutes, I'll wake up Yuu and we'll meet you in the lobby," I said to Kyoko, she nodded at me and I closed the door.

Waking up the still sleeping Yuu, we freshened up and packed our bags.

After locking the door, we met with Kyoko, Yuka and Koharu in the lobby. The lobby was packed with guests checking out. There were some staff and two police officers, managing the ruckus in the lobby.

" Is it true, someone was murdered last night? " asked Yuka Kyoko.

" Yeah, I heard there were four people killed. Police found a woman in the bushes and the other three males in the west side massage room. They were killed brutally, the woman was torn in half and the other three are butchered " said a teenage guy who was eavesdropping on our conversation. I saw him glancing at yuka like a puppy from the moment we entered the lobby.

" Who the hell asked you? " said Yuka to the guy and ignored him to talk with Yuu.

" She got a boyfriend, kid. Don't worry, you'll meet someone else" I said to him and patted his back.

After, checking out we were walking towards our car in the parking lot. When I got a new quest.

QUEST :

1- MOTHER-DAUGHTER HOT SPRING TRIP TRAINING

FOLLOW THE DIRECTION TO REACH THE DESTINATION BEFORE 5:00 IN THE EVENING

After reading the request, information about the doujinshi transferred to my brain. Looking at the directions, I approximated it will take me one and half hours to reach the place. I held my phone to my ear and acted like talking with someone and approached Kyoko.

" Kyoko, I just got a call from my office. I have some work near. So, I can't come with you. Can you go by yourself? " I asked Kyoko.

She thought for a moment and reluctantly nodded at me, I hugged her one last time and watched as they drove away.

' Joe, they will be safe right? ' I asked, the floating screen in front of me. Even if I averted their fate, I still feel a bit uneasy.

'Don't worry, Champ. Once you change their fate, they will be safe from then.No more NTR, since their love bond strengthens and stops from being NTR'ed. Did you think BOSS will leave a major loophole like this?. As long as a bond exists between them, no external factors can force them apart or do them harm 'said, Joe.

' Hmm...You're right ' I thought impressed by how serious GOL is treating this world. I boarded a bus to my destination and started a conversation with Joe to pass my time.

'Joe, Can I use my powers to help people and stop crimes besides the quests? ' I asked Joe.

' Someone's getting a hero complex...' teased Joe.

' Just answer my question ' I said and huffed.

' Technically, nothing is saying you can't. But, your priority should be given to your quests. Don't neglect them. Also, there are very few robberies and other crimes except the ones which fall under sexual categories happening in this world. You can check on the internet if you want ' said Joe.

I looked up all the information available on recent crimes on my phone. The more I saw, the more I understood about this world.

In a year, if 700 rapes are happening, only 2 or 3 robberies were happening. The ratio of rape and other sexual crimes is sky high compared to other crimes.

' Looks like I'm going to get very busy from now on ' I thought looking out from the window of the bus.
