"MOM! LOOK! SANTA CLAUS!"

A little girl shouted, pulling her mother's jacket.

"Yeah~ yeah~ you wanna take a picture with him right?" Smiled the woman holding her little daughter's hand.

"YEAH! let's go!" Saying that, the girl began to run at the cosplayed Santa Claus taking pictures with other kids.

"Don't run, it's dangerous!" The mother shouted while running behind her child, trying to catch up to her with a worried face in a huge crowd of people celebrating Christmas with their loved ones.

"Hehehe, SANTA!" The little girl shouted while giggling. And just when she was about to reach Santa, she bumped into a dirty looking person staring straight at her with eyes that looked dead.

Being scared, the girl backed quite a few steps stuttering to say something. while suddenly the mother grabbed her from behind and said, "Don't look." And began to Walk away in the opposite direction with her daughter.

"That girl... looked like... aeri.. but..... wasn't."

Murmured the person who the little girl got scared of.

Looking around the crowd a pair of eyes could reach, people looked happy. They were laughing, joking, flirting and what not. Some were with their family, some with their friends and some with their lover.

After a bit more of observing the surroundings, that person lowered their head and started mumbling again while the people around gave weird glances cause of the dirty look and the disgusting smell that person was radiating.

Suddenly it started snowing that stopped a few days ago. As if it's the God's blessing from above to make this day even more blissful than it is. People around began to cheer even more except a single soul that stood still in the middle of the crowd.

Slowly lifting their head, Isef watched as a single snowflake landed on her receiving hand.

"Heh," isef smirked, crushing the snowflake she said, "a tiny little beautiful thing like you which becomes the joy of people every winter, I don't deserve you."

"I Don't... deserve anything."

Isef murmured to herself while slowly starting to walk. just like that she vanished into the crowd without anyone noticing.
