17 Chapter 16: Lazy as pig

In a twelve seated dining sat twelve well-known people, discussing something that everyone would thought a high level business because of their seriousness about what they were doing. Paparazzi would go crazy if they see this twelve young men and woman in one place, thinking they will bomb the whole industry with some information. well they really will bomb them with a wedding of the century! They're friend melody would be marrying one of this days, so they leave everything behind work and cases just to participate in this wedding preparations.

"Say melody, where did you meet this guy?" Pamela asked while looking at a venue magazine, she was tasked to picked a perfect place for the reception.

"Yah! i was surprised too when Ah-ream called me for this preparation, i immediately drop my cases just for this" Mavis said, a very well-known prosecutor in korea. He even fly back here in one day just to be one of best man. "Quick, tell Oppa it isn't a shotgun wedding right?" he asked curiously making me choked on the food i was eating

everyone laughed when i throw a pillow at mavis whom didn't have time to dodge. I pouted at him and looked at the happy atmosphere. My friends specially becated this day just to be part of my wedding preparation, after brother yi silent confirmation about this i called them immediately the previous preparation are a bit small one because i was a little bit wary. fearing that because of brother yi's leg he wants to have only family to be there, xiao meng said that people whom suffering from sudden disability would have a time of darkness in their world. So too much people would suffocate them, since they were unknown people to the man, they will have this hallucinating process of being laughed at.

But since he agreed, I'll see to it that my dream wedding that all of my friends would be part of preparation without me, knowing what have they chose. I want a wedding that prepared just for me with love and care from them. I have no family to do it, and brother yi doesn't have too either, besides grandpa and auntie ofcourse. So friends would be there to prepare it. After all they were family too!

"Its the guy that you've been waiting for, isn't?" Ah-ream asked. Happiness gleam through her eye, probably happy that one of the same situation as her would be marrying the guy they love. Actually we have different situation since she was waiting for that guy whom forcefully wedded by his family, she was waiting as the guy promise to divorce his wife in name only. I sigh and bit my lip, i know we are friends but we dont have the right to interfere in her love life, even if she was already waiting for 5 years! 5 years could develop something after living together as husband and wife! probably leaifa notice something behind Ah-ream words as she diverted the topic in the gown that Ah-ream have been designing right now.

"Ah-ream, what about adding a little Frill's? or blue lining?"

Ah-ream immediately became alert at the suggestion, leaving the previous topic. giving us a time to breathe, at the suffocating question.

"Here" yue put down a jar of chocolate cookies infront of me. They want me to just eat here while they were doing my suprise wedding. In my opinion eating at side are the best solution here, after all my position here are just to wear everything they want me to wear. Im not joining them here because we have food to eat! definitely not!

my phone suddenly rang, i picked it up and saw that its picture of brother Yi. My heart thumb wildly as i excuse myself to everyone, i walk ot of the small cabin and went to back-garden.

"Brother Yi?" i said after i answered the phone

"hmmn." he confirmed. my heart jolt in excitement, its he's second time calling me now so i can't help but blush. Is this the so called, missing your fiance voice? Calling when being missed? I shook my head and bitterly smiled. why would he missed me when he didn't even like me? Im really absurd!

"I'll be picking you up at 3pm, where are you?" he asked, a little impatient

"Oh. I'm with my friends, we are preparing our.... wedding" i said in mosquito voice feeling embarrassed that i looked like, I've been so eagerly preparing the wedding myself.

The other side remain silent making me anxious. what if he get mad?

"Where is it? ill be there with my cousin and join in" he said, murmur could be heard from the other side probably talking with his cousin.

"err.. your going to join us? are you sure?" i asked as i looked at my big panda t-shirt, black short-shorts and a pink pluffy slippers. My hair hang in a very messy bun, so haggard, have this sweaty body and snacks smell around me. Holy moly! i definitely won't let him see me like a lazy pig!

"Ren'er are you hiding something from me?" he asked dangerously that i immediately answered with a 'ofcourse not!' while my cheeks slowly turning pink from embarrassment. How could he call me in a made up nickname? so embarassing, should i make a nickname for him too? hubby? hon? baby?

"So, where are you now? im not playin' with you now" he asked seriously, making me gulp the cookies stuck in my cheeks that i haven't gulp down since i answered the phone. well i didn't dare eat when talking to him, what if he became ballistic and smack me with an end call? that would be really tragic! When your inlove you have to be always in your best, less you make the man you like turn off.

"Well, im... im in Sy Charm village, 27 Street, number 5 cabin" i said anxiously.

"Im near, I'll be ringing the bell in a minute. make sure to open the door immediately because its about to rain" he said then end the call. After that i frantically ran back in the cabin, my speed startled everyone inside.

"What happened?" kaori asked, then looked at me in concern

"He's going to join us!" i shriek

"Haha. why are you freaking out? its obviously normal since its you both wedding?" Miko asked

"That's the problem! I haven't even taken a bath after our jog this morning, i only switch comfortable clothes. I smell like shit and my shirt has a lot of ice cream stains!" i said "What to do, what to do?" i said panicking

"Just take a bath real quick" Pamela said

"Your right, then ill be going" I said hurriedly.

"Let him see you like a lazy pig, After all you'll be marrying him one month from now" kaori said and rolled her eyes at me

"I won't" i said ready to open the door in the bedroom but kaori block my path "Kaori don't be unreasonable!" i scolded anxiously. brother yi said he's near here, just how near?

everyone laughed as kaori make face at me, mavis even join her blocking my path.

My face darkened when i hear the doorbell. This is there fault! I won't forgive this two idiot, if brother yi turn off when he see's me.

I glared at them forgetting that its my fault being lazy as pig. Always telling that later later, until i forget what i have to do.
