10 Chapter 09: Li Yi

The party had long been started, and it so boring making me unable to seat still. I mean even a 5 y/o children won't seat still, and so am i!

I really don't like this kind of event, because its not really my ideal party. I don't like to associate myself with guest i dont really know. A party or gathering should have been a close friend or perhaps family, not business and definitely not bragging contest!

I ordered a big glass of Ice tea, while watching models parade some fresh design. walking confidently like a queen in the small platform.

The pieces are interesting and new, the Li family probably spent alot of money to get the designer.

Chewing the straw, i suddenly felt someone watching me again but when i looked, it faded. I irritatingly looked around, looking for the rude one who kept staring at me, voiding me for eating. Can't be helped, i need to be graceful as possible at public place for my image.

I picked up my phone and start playing 'Magic School Story', it was an offline game that kaori help me download for my boredom. The game base line story is about a magic school that I'll be handling from scratch to a steady foundation, by building a classroom, accepting student's and doing some odd job such as quest by spending gold coins. Anyway, its a simple game that all you need to do is build up and watch as how the students learn theur own way, its simple and can keep you busy.

"May i seat?" suddenly a baritone voice came beside me, asking to take a sit. looking at the venue and then raise my eyes to the guy whom smilingly looked at me like a toothpaste model.

"Ah, ....no!" i said without giving much of a second glance to the guy

the whole damn place have a lot of vacant table, he can even put his damn foot to other table while sitting to other if he want to. why squeeze here? suddenly understanding that he might came to flirt with me, i gave him another look and said enthusiastically "Im gay, sorry" i said without blushing to make him understand that there's no chance for them at all.

the guy look shocked but began to laughed out loud like there's no tomorrow. He gave me an amusing look and sat down beside me, totally forgetting that i have not allow him to sit beside me.

I sign helplessly and look at him with seriousness "Look, im not playing with you, im seriously gay! Soft like a vegetable, softer than a bun, extremely soft like a marshmallow!"

his mouth only querk up and looked at me amusement. he took his phone and type something then looked at me again.

"I'm Jian, Lu Jian" he introduce himself and took my hand without waiting for my permission. pulling my hand back, my brow began to form into a small shape v line, looking annoyed.

"Excuses! i dont want to know your name" i said before looking back at my phone, clearly started to ignore him. If he want to sit, then sit! is there a need to introduce his self to me?

The guy kept looking at me from time to time, while typing something in his phone. I thought Lu something guy is the one whom staring at me, but i still felt THAT gaze other than his timely peeks at me.

looking around, i feel creep out in this party. seriously just who the hell did i offend for them to stare at me the whole night. sob sob~ i haven't even try the sweet and sour pork the host prepared. It's a sin to ignore it!

"Hey girl, are you here to wait in line for the successor of Li Family? I mean wanted to marry him?" he asked out of no where

i just look at him then shake my head "Boy, can't hold in? the restroom are over there" i said pointing out the direction of the restroom "stop spouting nonsense" telling him to back off if he wants spew weird question. cant he just sit quietly? ugh!

he giggled like a high school student and then started typing in his phone again.

"Do you have a boy friend?" he asked, while typing

my phone vibrates, my aunt Picture came into view. I adjust my cute earpiece and tap the answer button. My aunt started to nag at me, after that she asked if i eaten already "Yes" i simply answered.

my aunt asked me if i got early and if i stayed and chatted with someone "Long enough" i told her honestly "a grandpa who work for Li Family"

my aunt became interested and asked me if i know the granpa personally because i initiate a conversation on my own own. i told her we ate breakfast together thats how we met. my aunt talk to me more before the call ended.

I tap the coins spread in the screen to continue playing, reach for my ice tea to drink but it was already empty. looking up to call for a waiter to refill it, i saw the guy beside me looked at me in astonished.

"Uhmmn, sorry i was talking to my aunt" i said and raise my hair beside my ear, explaining the situation it seem like he was talking to me when my aunt called. he must have been astonished for my rude behavior.

"Uh" he said then looked at me like i struck her

"You.....you were talking to someone and not... not me?" he asked hesitantly and looked worriedly at his phone

"ah, yes sorry for my rude behavior. my aunt would not let me off if i answer it before 3 rings" i explain and call for a waiter to refill my ice tea. The guy stand up and wave a goodbye in a hurry, scurrying off somewhere.

"He must have feel very offended" i said and shrugged. who cares?

Jian ran upstairs as fast as he can and push the door open and entered in a hurry

cold sweat form in his forehead and back. seriously i didn't know she was speaking to someone! and she answers timely when i asked a question, its like she's sayin grandpa lu is her boyfriend. i didn't really know wether to laughed or cry with the situation.

entering the room, i explain fast to make things clear "Brother Yi, i swear i didn't know she will answer a phone call! i thought she was talking to me so i spew questions to know her more while calling you, i never thought she was in a phone call." i explain at brother yi, must have misunderstood that interesting girl

"Oh" he just nod and looked at the monitor. seemingly in deep thought "I feel like, i know her before"

"Oh, Oh, Oh" my eyes lit up and came closer "Bro, is that a pick up? are you interested on her?" i asked pump up with excitement. if it is then would it not be a happy celebration? him forgetting that b*tchy wild ex?

he looked up blankly at me and said "Jian, i don't have the qualifications. The me now is not worth it to be love. I, Li Yi would never love again."
