#Chapter 4 Beautiful Girl

Patara

I tried to ignore the hands that touched every inch of my body. I tried not to think about the fact that no one had ever touched me in places she did. Every sensitive part of me and parts that made me want to flinch away from her. No matter how desperately I tried to put my mind far from the moment, her touches brought me right back.

I wanted to disappear out of my body and instead watch from above. I suddenly felt envious of the unconscious girls around me—at least they didn’t have to feel their bodies being violated and poked at without their permission. They didn’t have to be conscious during this trauma that would surely haunt me for the rest of my life.

Her fingers felt like ice as they moved up my thighs. Without my permission, my body tensed and I wondered if she noticed. Not even I had ventured between my legs for anything but cleaning in the shower. I pictured myself shoving the woman far from me before she could violate me any further.

Slowly, she moved my panties to the side and spread my legs further. My body started to tremble and I forced myself to try and stop before they noticed—did they already know I was awake and I was just being a fool by pretending?

Her hand grasped my thigh to hold it in place before she touched my vagina. I wanted to shove her to the ground and scream at the top of my lungs—but I was even more afraid of the punishment that would await me if I did that. Perhaps death would be better than this.

When she finally pushed her finger inside me, it felt like a cold worm that forced itself in somewhere it didn’t belong. My entire body locked up and my thighs wanted to spring closed to push her out of there. This was wrong—this wasn’t right. THIS WAS WRONG!

I wanted to fall to the ground and tear out my hair just so it would distract her enough to make her stop. Why wouldn’t she just stop? Why was she doing this to me? I was only 16—nothing had ever pushed inside me like that. It was so much worse than I could have imagined. My skin wanted to crawl off me and get as far as possible away from my body—I only wished it could.

She moved slow so it didn’t hurt, but it didn’t help with the inward damage she already placed on me. My body reeled in disgust—she pushed all the way in before pulling it out. I felt the imprint of her finger long after it was gone. I had a feeling I would be feeling that for the rest of my life.

Suddenly, she pulled her hands off me and leaned back. I still felt her tainted touches all over my skin and I only wished I had a bath so I could scrub myself free of the feeling. Of her.

“This is a Super Expersive level girl.” The woman finally said with a bit of smugness to her tone.

Men around them laughed just to fill the silence that followed. I felt like a hollow body as they shuffled around me. I didn’t know what she meant by what she said, but deep down I prayed that they thought I wasn’t worth anything. Perhaps they would put me right back where they found me.

But that was wishful thinking.

“Call the Snake King and tell him we’ve got the goods he wants.” Said a man from beside her. His voice was rough and old. “If he can pay five times the price, we can have it delivered straight to his bed in three days.”

“A shame, really.” The woman who examined her said. “With the Snake King’s habits, this girl will be lucky to survive two weeks in his bed.”

“Don't pretend that you care. You know that we’re only here to get paid, not show mercy.” The man replied.

My entire body froze over as if I was already dead. It might have been better if I did die like that poor girl from the van. At least she escaped the fate of being sold to a sexual sadistic man.

Any fate would be better than that. What did I do to deserve this? My fingers closed into a fist and cut deep into my palm. I needed to keep myself still even though my insides were trembling from fear.

Patara was loaded into the back of a different van like a bag of precious cargo. The men took the front seats and Patara cowered in the corner close enough to hear what they were saying. If she could figure out where they were taking her, she might be able to escape this hell.

“Dylan will be on this road, you know that right?” One of the men said. “He might try to stop us.”

“He won’t find out that we have any girls. I know how to talk to him.” The other man said as if he was annoyed at being questioned. “Besides, those are just rumors. He will let anyone pass for enough money.”

Patara’s ears perked up and a bit of hope started to bloom inside her. Whoever this man was, he clearly didn’t approve of human trafficking if they were worried about running into him. Perhaps— she could get his help if he did stop this van. She closed her eyes tightly and tried to calm her breath.

“It’s not just a rumor, he's torn apart several vans used for drugs and trafficking. He never lets them pass, this is his road we’re taking and he makes sure it stays clean.”

“What do you want me to do about that? He’s not going to find out we have girls unless he sees you sweating like that. Knock it off.” The man hissed. “He won’t find out, they’re unconscious.”

“Boss, I don’t think you realize how powerful Dylan is. I’ve seen it for myself up close. He may look like a human, but he is one of the most powerful shifters in his land. He’s the head of the war against drugs and trafficking.”

The other man rolled his eyes to the ceiling and gripped the steering wheel harder. “He won’t find a thing, got that? And if he does, it will because of your face.”

The man slumped back in his seat and stared nervously out the window.

The road was long and quiet, not many people ventured down this way. And soon the driver would discover why.

Dylan stood in the center of the road about a mile ahead of the van. He clasped his hands causally behind his back as he watched them approach.

He stood tall—taller than most. He wore black head to toe and had a handsome face that would be dangerous if he was evil.

Even from a mile away, the van could feel how powerful he was. Every inch closer, it chilled their veins.

Dylan tilted his head slightly and didn’t need to wonder if the van would stop for him.

He would make it stop
