65 Where is Shao Wei?

"It was because of you why now, my family looks down on me! It was all your fault!" Ou Chen said angrily.

"Wang Shu is not here with you, no one can protect you now." Zhang Xu added.

"And what would you do to me?" Shao Wei asked calmly.

This further infuriated Ou Chen, how dare this country bumpkin to stay calm in front of me! Isn't he scared of me? If he's not, ill make sure he will be from now on!

Ou Chen's face turned ugly to extremely cold as he uttered, "Hold him for me."

"W-what?.." Lin Xue, who has not spoken until now, asked nervously. Seeing the cold expression on Ou Chen's face, he knew that he's planning something bad.

Lin Xue actually didn't want to get in trouble anymore after being punished by his family. He realized his wrongdoings but he is also scared of Ou Chen that's why he can't refuse when he asked them to ambush Shao Wei here. He thought that they will just threaten and teach Shao Wei and little lesson however, judging by Ou Chen's expression, it seems like it was not as simple as he thought it would be.

"Just hold him up!" Ou Chen roared.

The two hastily make their way to Shao Wei and hold his both arms, trapping him in the middle of their two bodies.

Ou Chen went closer to Shao Wei and slapped his face twice, "Did you know how much I've lost face to my family because of you? My brothers and cousins are now teasing me, no matter where I go and this is all because of you! Do you think I would let you off easy? No, I won't!"

For Ou Chen, who like to act like a king and tyrant, it was unacceptable for him the humiliation he suffered these days. He became a laughing stock in their family for being the first one to get a suspension in their family. To him, nothing is more important than his own image and now, it was ruined! How could he not feel hatred? He wanted to avenge himself!

It was a pity that even after Ou Chen realized how hard it is to be someone humiliated and teased, he still hasn't realized his own wrongdoings. What's happening to him now was just like how he treated Shao Wei before. Instead of repenting, he still held on to that pride of his and wanted to act like he was above all.

"This is karma, isn't it? What you've done to others was now coming back to you." Shao Wei sneered. He was calm because he knew that they wouldn't dare to do anything bad to him or else, they would be punished more severely.

But...

He realized how wrong he was...

He didn't think that Ou Chen's hatred for him has come to this point.

Upon hearing Shao Wei's mockery, Ou Chen's anger boiled up to the peak. He then proceeds to best up Shao Wei.

Lin Xue tried stopping Ou Chen, however, seeing the ferocious look in his eyes, he stopped himself. He knew he couldn't bring himself to offend Ou Chen. He could only helplessly help in beating Shao Wei up.

Shao Wei was originally much smaller than Ou Chen, making him at a disadvantage in their fight, moreover, adding Lin Xue and Zhang Xu to the mix, it all ended up as Shao Wei being punched and kicked all over his body.

After that, they brought up Shao Wei's bruised body to the abandoned clubroom near the forest and locked him up inside.

Shao Wei's body hurt all over, he couldn't even open his eyes anymore. He felt like he would faint any minute. He felt his body being lifted up and thrown aside.

Shao Wei grunted upon touching the cold floor. He then heard a cold voice saying, "That's what you get for going against me. I'm warning you, don't you dare tell anyone what happened today. Just like how I manage to get here even though I am suspended, I have lots of ways to get back at you. Not just you, but also to those people around you."

After that, his whole world turned black.

After getting all his things, Wang Shu walked back tot he field leisurely. He knows a new shop opening in the vicinity of their school, he wanted to visit it quickly after school.

He wants to eat there with Shao Wei, that boy was so skinny, he has to gain weight, that's why Shao Wei decided that he will treat him tonight! Wang Shu could already imagine Shao Wei's face with his brows furrowed once he dragged him to that shop.

With this thought, he couldn't help but grin.

Not long after, he arrived at the field and saw his classmates cleaning up, he looked around but he can't find a shadow of Shao Wei.

"Hey, have you seen Shao Wei?" Wang Shu asked one of his classmates.

"Shao Wei? He went there in the forest further back earlier, he was searching for the missing ball."

Wang Shu nodded. He then sat on the nearby bench and wait for Shao Wei to come back.

Not long after, Wang Shu furrowed his brows as he caught sight of someone near the forest where Shao Wei went.

Is that... Ou Chen?

Wang Shu rubbed his eyes and squinted it to see more clearly but this time, he didn't see anyone.

Was it my imagination?

Wang Shu shook his head, Ou Chen and others were still suspended, it is impossible for them to be here. He must have been mistaken.

Wang Shu then continues waiting.

The sky has already turned orange, the sun was setting.

His classmates have finished cleaning up the equipment.

More and more students could be seen going home.

The sky finally turned dark.

All of these happened, but Shao Wei was still nowhere to be found.

Just as Wang Shu was about to stand up to look for Shao Wei, a roaring thunder was heard from the sky.

At the next moment, Wang Shu was soaked from the heavy rain.
