5 My Momma Dont Like You

She's teaching me to make the doughnuts. Light and fluffy she keeps saying. "If it's not light and fluffy, it isn't Krishna's Donuts." She pats my head. I like her. She's nice. Just then the bell on the door rings. She shoos me out to the front but I stop at the door to the front.

There stands a gorgeous boy and his dog. It looks to be a New Finland. I smile and push through the doors, to the counter. "Good morning. What can I get you?" He walk up to the counter. "How about a black coffee and two chocolate doughnuts." He ruffles his dogs ears. I frown. "Dogs shouldn't have chocolate or salt. I recommend getting him a pupaccino or cherry doughnut holes. Dog approved." I point to my dog in the corner chowing on them. I click my tongue and he comes over to greet this dog. He trots back his bowl, grabs a doughnut and brings it back to share with the other dog.

They split it and I head into the back to grab their doughnuts and coffee. I walk back out to see the dogs in the corner and the cute man holding them there. I drop the coffee when I notice J sitting on the counter. I apologize to the man with the dog and grab a towel to clean up the spill. As soon as I do I head into the back and tell the woman he's here. She hands me the wallet and phone. The one I had, I destroyed.

The lady follows me out of the room with a fierce expression. She points at him. She speaks in Dutch and I translate for them. "You're not welcome here. Read the sign." I act like an awkward teenager. He stares at me like he knows who I am.

I grab the customers doughnuts and coffee and let him out through the back without making him pay. "Its on the house because of the danger you were in." I pull out my gun and check to see if its fully loaded. I look at him to see him still there. "What? I knew he would be here. Can you walk around front and hit the fob to find me? I need to head out." He nods wordlessly and walks away with his stuff. I hear the car beep and the car screeches out of the lot towards me. I hear gunshots and just as I get in the car, he comes out the back door. I toss a card out the window. Two letters and a number. "S.G. 430-901-2557"
