10 Landscape

A month has passed since I spoke up with my mom about how I felt towards Cherry, thankfully not a word seemed to have escaped her lips, I could tell because I got to know some of the other guild members there were and I find it hard to see what the adults see so at the end I stills spend most my time around Cherry.

I woke up in my bed letting out a yawn and sitting up, Cherry were already up looking at her pouch from the looks of it "You missing out on money?" I asked as I stoof up, she nodded going through her closet, "At this rate I won't be able to feed the enclave" I fell back down to my bed, "Hold on they rely on you as well with the food finances!?" she turned around with a disappointed face "You have no idea" I then lightly laugh, readying my bag and pulling out a mage's hat that I definitely did not picked up somewhere, "Sheesh now I have to help you out" I let out a light sigh feeling bad for the burden they placed on her, she probably doesn't feel the burden at this point "Feel free to come, be sure to not hold me back" she brags, I felt both competetive and impressed, she finally opened up to me by that much enough to brag, and on top of that I am feeling competetive "Oh I won't be holding anyone back if anything maybe you will, anyways I imagine this is a job since this is a guild, so whats the job about" She lightly laughs at what I said "We'll see then, oh and our job is a 'Help request' from another guild, they needed two people and I knew you'd come" There is a lot of meanings to what she said in that last part, does she think I'm doing this for a friend or for something more? "Well aren't you so familiar with me, and its only been a month" It'll be my first adventure with a guild mate of mine, "Lets make the best out of this then" I cheerfully say, already prepared for the adventure, "Right" she replies as I open the door, "I'll be going downstairs then" Cherry turned around to me to remind me of something, "Oh Seraph, give this to kara so that she can reserve us a covered caravan" I turn back around to see the paper, "Ah that actually makes sense, I'll get right on it" I walk towards her and I take the paper off her fingers and I go downstairs.

I walk to the ground floor of the enclave and I enter kara's office to give her the paper, "I see she chose you to go with her, no problems here and you're ready to go, a covered caravan is already outside" Things here in the enclave sure are systematic, now that I think about it I think this maybe how most guild's operate, we are a secret organization as of now "Alright thanks Kara" those were the only things that could escape my mouth, and the moment I leave I see Cherry already going down the second floor looking for me, "Hey over here" I yell to Cherry's direction alarming her of my area where she walked over to me afterwards, "Lets go then" she tells me as I get pulled outside to an enclave covered Caravan, and so our trip begins.

The caravan moved slowly so really we had all the time in the world, constantly I'd look outside for sight seeing purposes, the simple beauty of the flower patches beside a lonely road, or a tree in the middle of a hill-plain, besides sight seeing we'd chat around and make jokes about the adults in the enclave, we'd laugh at each one, truly it were a normal adventure as of now
