21 We Could Have Travelled Together

The next morning, Mj has to travel back to the Philippines for she has a high school reunion to attend to.

She enjoyed much of last night Karl's concert. She could vividly recall the songs that Karl did sang and some of it were actually her favorites too. Ja was so excitedly teasing her at home last night. All she could do was just smiling it away.

In her mind she don't really wanna expect that Karl would possibly pursue her this time. For he did not pursue her 2 years ago, how much more now?

But in her heart she couldn't help but hope that her and Karl will finally be together for good. In whatever way or how will it possibly be, she don't know yet.

Although, Karl didn't mention any name of whom he was dedicating his song, she loved the thought of she could possibly be the one he 'Truest Love'.

And so while riding on an airplane now, she couldn't help but sing in a low volume and hum some parts of the song "Can't Stop Loving You"

"I Can't stop loving you, no matter what you say or do, you know my heart is true oooh I can't stop loving you...hhhhm" hummed her with a wide smile.

It's quite long hours travel from New Zealand to Philippines so she fell asleep afterwards.

Their plane experienced a slight turbulence and she woke up by the warning of the pilot. But went back to sleep after hearing the pilot that there's nothing to worry about.

After few more hours she was awaken by the pilot's voice saying

"We are approaching the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Please fasten your seatbelts and standby."

She checked on the time and it was half past nine in the evening already Philippine time.

Not long after, their plane have landed safely. Soon she went out of the plane and proceeded to the part of the airport where she could claim her luggage bag.

After getting her luggage bag, she then proceeded to the exit of the arrival gate. And she saw her high school classmate Jen waiting for her.

"Mj, over here!"

"Jen, long time, no see. It's been 20 years since we last have seen each other" giving Jen a tight hug.

"Yeah, we just communicated through facebook and then later through whatsapp."

"Yes indeed! The power of social media really helps."

"Yeah. I'm able to trace and communicate with all of our high school classmates through it."

"Good that you did took the initiative to organize our reunion. Otherwise, I won't be coming home in this country of ours anytime soon. Thanks."

"You're welcome. I'm just happy to see you."

"Me too. I'm.excited to meet our classmates tomorrow at our reunion."

"You will meet them for sure. For now, just take a rest at the hotel I booked for you. You have travelled long, you must be tired then."

"Okay, let's go."

Jen drove Mj to the hotel. She helped Mj checked in to her hotel and then left afterwards.

Mj was left in her hotel room alone. She's not sleepy yet so she then checked her messages on the fb messenger and whatsapp.

She then read the messages of her high school classmates chat group, telling her that they are happy to know that she has arrived and that they are excited to see her tomorrow. She then replied "Thanks. And I'm excited to see you all too," then exited from the messenger.

She checked on her whatsapp messenger thinking that Ja may have sent her a message. But to her surprise, there was a new message from Karl.

"Hi Mj. I heard that you came back to the Philippines for a high school reunion. Wish I could have gotten a hold of you earlier so we could have travelled together."

She was shocked, and didn't know how to reply him...

At that instance, she got reminded of his gentle touch in their lovemaking during their deal night. Initially, she felt the pain of being penetrated the first time as he successfully took her virginity then. But as they continued, the pain slowly faded away and she started to enjoy his touch and warmth then as he was penetrating inside her. They both then released a loud moan as they both had reached their climax together. That was really one great special moment that they shared together.

And even if she knew that Karl took off her face mask that night, she pretended not to have known it. So that she would later know what's the next steps Karl would do. Of whether or not Karl would pursue her then. And it looks like, he is really pursuing her now. At this realization, she smiled by herself...
