127 Togetherness

Because of the contract they both have signed as KM-Mer Loveteam, they have to shoot some videos promoting their loveteam as well together, aside from promoting KM's albums. So, their hours being together almost everyday has naturally been extended as well.

They shop together, eat meals together, play games together, singing in videoke together, and even riding bumping cars, they did together. All of these KM-Mer 'Togetherness' were being filmed as like a documentary to their newly found loveteam, to encourage their fans to support them. And all those videos they had filmed were uploaded in the social media to update their fans.

And their fans were giddly idolizing their loveteam, that made them reached to a million viewers and likers.

They were eating their lunch as a loveteam in one of the exclusive rooms of a Japanese Restaurant when they were still filmed like a reality show.

And while eating, suddenly, a question pop out of Mero's mind which he voiced it out and asked KM.

"How do you feel about our loveteam KM?"

"Oh, it's fine with me. We garnered more fans. And garnering more fans would mean more opportunities for us. More opportunities would mean more projects we will gonna do together as a loveteam. And opportunities like possible movies to be produced because of our loveteam. And our popularity would increase too," KM smiled after such explainations.

"But aside from that, would there be a possibility that we would both fall in love with each other for real because of our loveteam?" Mero inquired further.

"Hmm, I never thought of that. But there's a possibility, yes. As it's been happening to some other loveteams that they do fall for each other."

"Would you then fall for me, if in case?" Mero queried more.

"Hmm... it depends..." KM awkwardly replied.

"Depends on what?" Mero catched her unfinished sentence.

"Wait, why are you asking me this?" KM's brows curved as she tried to hide her awkwardness.

"You can answer me directly without being shy nor awkward, KM. I could be your friend or your lover, for all you know." Mero looked at her eye to eye.

"I'm the woman here. I am the one suppose to ask those questions instead of you, isn't it?"

"Well, we are now in the modern times that even women nowadays can make their first moves to the men they liked."

"Hmmm, you got a point. But, truth be told, I haven't fall for any men yet. Although, I got suitors both from online and from acquaintances, but I haven't given any one of them my heart yet." KM reasoned.

"What if, we would both fall for each other because of our closeness, beyond our loveteam?" Mero continued his questions.

"Hmm... that I can not tell yet. Time will tell then. Come on let's finish our eating. You keep questioning me those 'what if' kind of questions, when in reality, we haven't even finished our meals yet. And our loveteam has just started you know."

"Okay, I'll shut up now and continue to eat." Mero proceeded to finish his meal but kept on observing KM from time to time.

Of which, KM noticed that Mero has been observing every move she does. She paused munching her food and gulped with her brows slightly curved down, she asked him, "Why, with all the togetherness that we do as loveteam, are you starting to fall for me, Mero?"

Stunned a bit by her sudden confrontation, he retaliated, "Why, am I not allowed to fall for you, just because we are indeed a loveteam?"

"No, it's not what I mean. I mean, anyone is allowed and could fall for me. But, for the truth sake, just answer my question please? Are you falling for me?" KM looked at Mero eye to eye.

"Isn't it obvious for you? You're popular and I had been idolizing you and your Dad for ages. But getting closer to you everyday as a loveteam makes me feel more falling in love with you." Mero admitted with a loving smile.

"I see. Now that you admitted it, I want you to know that we're just friends and co-worker at the same time, but NOT as real lovers. And don't assume things right away." KM emphasized much the 'NOT'.

"Oh, okay. At least it's clear to me my boundaries now. But, please don't stop me from wooing you."

"Okay. That's your choice, I'm not asking you to. But, I'm also reminding you that there are other men who are wooing me too just like you do, and they are also waiting for whom among them I will gonna chose to fall in love with. They are both from online and acquaintances of my real world off-showbiz. So it's up to you of whether you will compete them or not." KM explained bluntly.

"Okay, I'll take my chances then." Mero in an optimistic mood smiling, thinking that he has an advantage among them suitors coz he is closer to her everyday as they are a loveteam now.

"Hmmm, okay, we shall see. I won't promise you anything." KM shrugged her shoulders off and finished her meal.

She reached for her glass half filled with red wine and was about to take a sip on it, but Mero was quick to raise his glass and said, "Cheers for our loveteam!"

KM redirected her glass and kinked it softly to his glass and said, "Cheers!" before they both took a sip on each of their glass of wine.

KM realized that she was actually feeling comfortable with Mero's company. As the two of them go together everyday as a loveteam, she got to know him better. And so far, she have not seen anything bad yet of Mero. Of course, she knows for the fact that it's part of their acting as a loveteam, that's why for now, she couldn't find any fault of him yet.

But for the most of it, she found him really sincere and not hiding his true feelings just about anything. That was just according to her observations of him too. He is good-looking too and talented in singing like her.
