47 Sacrificial Love

While Karl and Mj had already done each of their calls and was just relaxing for a bit sitting with each other, they both received notifications from their Twitter accounts.

They then opened their accounts and started reading the posts that Jen did. Although it was not too obvious as to why Jen did post it, they both realized that Jen has had wrong motives behind of posting it, and it was, to garner bashful comments from Karl's fans.

After reading the comments, Mj seemed to be calm and not affected by it at all. For in her mind, these fans of Karl didn't really know a thing about sacrificial love.

Karl, was vividly watching Mj's reactions from the bashful comments.

Eventhough he could not find any trace in Mj's face of being affected, he still worries a bit for Mj, thinking that her reputation as an administrator could be jeopardized and somehow be affected. He then caressed Mj's hair and checked, "Do you want these bashful comments, be stopped? I can pull some strings to do that."

"Nope. There's no need! They don't know a thing about us. They are just like clanging cymbals not in tune with the music played. Soon, it will subside." reasoned out Mj.

"Oh, okay." feeling relieved, he released a sigh.

"Why, do you think it would affect my love for you?" queried Mj.

"No, it's not like that. I'm just checking you on your reactions. I don't want to cause you any more hurt, than it already had, in the past. Besides, I want to take care of you and our future child to the best way I could possibly do, and that includes your name and your reputation," in an assuring tone, Karl then, gave Mj a quick smooch.

"There's really no need to worry about. It will eventually pass. Besides, my work would not be easily affected just like that. I wouldn't be in this position of mine, if they would. My capability alone, stands and prove it out." Mj assured.

"Okay then. We will continue to plan for our wedding and not allowing anything to destruct us." smiled Karl.

In his heart and mind, he realized that the woman that he loves, is as strong as a rock, she couldn't be easily shaken by any storms. And upon realizing this, he loves her all the more. He then enveloped Mj with his warm embrace.

"Hmm, what's with the sudden embrace?" stunned Mj.

"I love you all the more." Karl, whispered in her ears.

Mj embraced him back, and whispered, "Our love is built with sacrifices and tears, considering what we both had undergone through the years. What we have is a sacrificial love. It cannot be easily destroyed by anyone, just like that. I believe, what we have is worth to be treasured and fought for. For we both each had our hardships encountered, testing our love for each other. In turn, the 'tests', not only had purified and strengthenned our love for each other, but, it had also led us to overcame all the obstacles which were along the way, inspite of having been separated from each other from 2 different far away countries for 2 years of no contact. For our love had stood up all the tests! And it is indeed our true love. For true love prevails above all. And that, is what matters most!"

Karl didn't say any word, but as a sign of his approval of every word Mj had said, he then locked Mj's lips with his lips. And they almost got carried away with their kiss...

While they were kissing intimately, suddenly, a very familiar voice of someone they knew, could be heard approaching them...

"Ahemm! I'm here," Manager Greg.

"And I'm here too," smiled Ja.

The couple was stunned and quickly unlocked their kiss. They immediately were catching their breaths from kissing... They almost have forgotten that they both had called Manager Greg and Ja, for a meeting with them to help plan for their wedding. And that's why they are sitting at the table for 4 at the poolside of Hilton Hotel, in the first place.

"Okay, where were we?" Karl looking at Mj's eyes with a smile.

Having understood the gesture of Karl, she turned to the two important people in both their lives and said, " Have a seat first guys. We shall have our dinner first and then we will discuss the details along the way."

With smiles, the two then obeyed and seated. While Karl called for the waiter to have their food served... for they pre-ordered it already even before Greg and Ja had arrived. They both knew what were the favorite foods of these two...

And so in just few more minutes, the food was graciously served by the waiters...
