7 Major Decision

Mj has to make a decision in order to keep Karl alive even in just those tubes and machines as his life support.

Although he has his own medical insurance supporting his medical expenses, that doesn't guarantee that they won't decide to stop his life support in the next coming years to come.

There has to be somebody close to him who will somehow stand as responsible for deciding his fate on whether or not they wiil take away his life support.

And Mj cannot allow that his life support will be taken away from him without him waking up. No way! He has to live yet for the sake of their love. But as to when he will wake up, nobody knows. Only God knows!

A major decision she has to make. She has to come to Belgium and help take care of Karl while in a coma.

One of Karl's neighbor named Kevin, offered her some help. In order for Mj to be able to go there at Belgium, she has to marry Kevin and serve him too till the day he die for he is dying of a terminal cancer. Not counting of the fact that she has to resign from her work as a public school elementary teacher, so she can go to Belgium.

And so she made the major decision in her life... A sacrifice in her part so she can help both take care of Karl while in a coma, and be married to Kevin dying of cancer...

She then filed a resignation from her work as a teacher, and hurriedly flew to Belgium to marry Kevin there.

Few days after she arrived to Belgium, after she visited Karl in his coma state, she and Kevin did processed their papers to get married. And in just 5 days, they got married....

Though she is not really happy of having married to the man she didn't really love, for as long as she can help take care of Karl ensuring that Karl will still live, she's contented of the sacrifice she had made...

"May God and Karl forgives me of this major decision I have made then.." she gritted her teeth in sadness... while going home with Kevin.

At the first months, of their marriage Kevin was very understanding to Mj that she has to visit Karl from time to time. And also, because of his illness, he never dared to touch Mj sexually.

Though there were times that he would actually kiss Mj on her forehead or cheeks, or hold her hands and kiss her hands, that's just up to that point he could best do.

He understood very well that Mj agreed to marry him only because of she has to take care of Karl too, coz she loves Karl so much!

And so in everyday that Mj has been married to Kevin, she never fail to pay a visit to Karl too. She made it a point to manage and balance her time in between taking care of both Karl and Kevin. In the hopes that one day, Karl would wake up and see her...and would somehow forgive her for marrying Kevin instead....

She may have had decided this quick immaturely, but she ran out of options to think of ways so she can be able to take care of Karl.

And she gritted her teeth, thinking she may or may not regret this sudden decision of hers. For it is badly needed by the situation Karl was in. And she's basically doing this sacrifice out of her love for Karl.

She didn't care what would people say to her, she didn't care what would her family say about her immediate decision and action, and of what would Karl say when he wokes up. All she cares is for the sake of Karl and her love for Karl. Period...

When the time Karl would be awaken, that's the time that she would think of how she will explain it all to Karl. What matters most at this moment, is to take an immediate action as it was really needed for the said circumstances. And she did...

She's taking it into her heart that she's doing the right thing for Karl and for her love for him. She's not minding other people's opinions at all.

And yes, she must admit, she battled within herself at first, and she cried a lot of tears before making her decision. But when she did decided to come to Belgium to help take care of Karl and marry Kevin, in her heart she gained a deep conviction that she's doing all this for the sake of love.

And in everyday of her stay in Belgium, she programmed her mind and heart that she's doing it all for love, for her love for Karl. For their love. And she's hoping that one day, Karl would understand. Though she's uncertain yet as of this moment, but she truly believed that Karl would understand then when the time comes...
