11 Chapter 11 - Violet Nevermoore pt.2

[Space Cultivation Manual, copyright Violet Nevermoore]

Seeing Long Ren reading the scribbles written the last page of the manual, Xing Lao started explaining. "Oh, I forgot all about those scribbles. I've tried asking everyone I know and searching everywhere to decipher it but alas, to no avail." Xing Lao sighed, he then continued

"There are a few more of those in the last few pages on it, but you need not worry about those, I assume it is directed to a specific individual. Don't waste your time on it as I did Haha." Xing Lao said and laughed wryly

He knew the manual is something great, and when he saw the scribble the first time, He thought those were ciphers that needs to be deciphered

He had used every method he thought of to crack it, but nothing works, not even a tiny bit, so he let it go.

It was a wild goose chase anyway, no lead to it, the tomb where he had found it also doesn't contain anything that helps. No clue, no lead, nothing.

Hence why he called it a scribble.

But for Long Ren, it was no mere scribble. It was undeniable proof of someone from the earth. And hearing there are more written in the last pages, Long Ren got really curious.

He did not show it on his face though, well except the first surprised expression he made, which was turned into a confused one quickly.

What? He's not gonna tell Xing Lao, "Hey, I know I'm from a secluded village or whatever, but I can read these scribbles you, a powerhouse, spent time and effort to try and decipher!"...

That is unbelievably sketchy and will only make Xing Lao look at Long Ren weirdly.

Anyway, after once again reminding Long Ren to not waste time on those scribbles, plan their next lessons, what to do and all that, Xing Lao packed his belongings and said his goodbyes.

After doing the courtesy goodbye salutes and all that to each other, Xing Lao left Long Ren's house with a content expression.

Today has been very productive for both of them. Xing Lao confirmed his disciple's future path as smooth sailing, as long as nothing goes wrong (no flag), while Long Ren found a secret only he, an earthling could read.

Long Ren was tired after their few hours of meeting, so he decided to freshen himself up in the bathtub before continuing to read the last few pages of his cultivation manual.

'Earth huh…. I half expected that I'm not the only one reincarnated here or anything, some cultivation worlds do those but it seems like this world has more people other than me.

I don't know if that's a bad thing or not, to be honest. I was never a social person anyway, so I'll probably not reach out to another earthling if I ever meet one.

If I do meet one, I hope he or she isn't going to be the crazy murderous psychopath kind…well, yandere is kind of cute though so maybe it's fine if she's a cute girl like Toga…'

Long Ren's thoughts wander over stupid things as he daydreams about his future in this world. With the earthling theory confirmed, he felt like this world is going to be one hell of a ride if there are many others than him

Long Ren's plan for his future ever since he arrived in this world is actually very simple. Be strong enough to live amongst his community so that he could live a serene life.

He wanted to be a cultivator not to be stronger or immortal or anything, he just wants to experience a fulfilling life. Something he could not experience in his past life. He died at the age of 17 after all.

There are a lot of things he has not experienced, and a lot of things he wished to change.

'At least I'm not old enough to be a mage here haha…Oh right, I forgot to ask for allowance again!'

After the bath, Long Ren took out his divine artifact, grabbed the [Space Cultivation Manual], and read it while sleeping sideways on his futon.

He checked the last few pages and sure enough, there are a total of 3 pages with texts written in English. Not counting the copyright page though, as that was only written in the bottom right and nothing else.

'Well, let's see what this "Violet Nevermoore" has to offer.' Long Ren muttered

[[

Dear Reader from Earth, or maybe someone who deciphered this language, in that case, Fuck off!

Well, not like I can force you to do it, but anyways. To whoever found this book and can read this, who I hope to be from there like me, welcome to your new home!

I don't know how long you have been in here before or how far you've gotten, but, If you're just starting out in learning space, I commend your luck!

I made this manual just to help people like us, mainly because I'm bored, but also because this world level's cultivation manual is pure garbage, most of it anyways.

But, not everything is free in the world, especially in this world! For I have a quest for you.

It isn't something mandatory or anything per se, I just want some help, preferably from someone with cheats, if you know what I mean. ( >ω●).

Long story short….I want to go back to earth.

Sadly, I can't search for a way to return for the life of me, so I'm just essentially dropping messages in a bottle to the vast sea, a fool's errand, one might say, but I don't know what else to try.

My cheats aren't specialized on space affinity, so I hope whoever picks this up has cheats like the blue cube or something. A woman can only hope…

I haven't found anyone else like me so far, but I have some time to waste anyway. I hope you come to me before I'm gone though, or don't, the choice is yours.

But, if on the very off chance that you are from that place, wants to go back there, have space-related cheats and trusts…, no, if you feel enough gratitude towards me to approach me, please do…

Find me where the infamous reincarnator God of Death's statue (A/N: Starts with T, ends with N), made out of pure Silvervale ore resides, times may have changed by the time you read this, but Silvervale ores should last a few millennia, so the statue should still be intact, but the location may change.

Ciao! May the force be with you!

Sincerely, your friendly neighborhood cultivator. Violet Nevermoore [Not my "real" name btw, just a cool cultivator title I picked up (・∀・)]

'...well, that's certainly something.' Is what Long Ren thought after reading what essentially looks like a 15 y/o girl's diary.
