Ethan glanced at Samantha who was dancing with Zach, they were so close to each other talking seriously about god-knows-what. Ethan felt like killing someone, jealousy driving him crazy.
With a flip of his hand, he passed the girl dancing with him in Zach's arm and pulling Samantha close to him. Samantha looked up at him there eyes met, the light around them dimmed and the tune changed to a heartfelt song...
"I am not the only traveler

I've been searching for a trail to follow again

All the couples started dancing but they stood frozen in their place locking eyes, their hearts beating in sync.

They slowly started dancing in sync with the tune.

Ethan felt something tugging at his heart, the little girl he had hugged thirteen years ago for the first time was back again in his arms. That day he had promised himself to always love and protect this girl and now today he was again promising himself to always love and protect her even if she didn't want him anymore.

Waves of memories came crashing down to her mind. Looking at the perfect face in front of her, her eyes teared, rolling down her cheeks like a waterfall.
Ethan hugged her tightly in his arms, patting her back to console her. He didn't know what happened to her but one thing he was sure of was that her tears were the last thing he would want to see.

The song ended and lights turned on around them, Pulling Sam out of her daze, she hurriedly pulled away from his embrace and looked towards Zach, who was busy chatting with the girl clinging to him.
Looking at the sour expression on her face, Ethan gritted his teeth "Elijah is Zach's little sister" as much as he didn't want to reveal anything, he couldn't bear to see her getting upset
"Huh?" Sam asked confused
"I said she's Zach's little sister so wipe that ugly look of your face" Ethan hissed through gritted teeth
Samantha peeked at his angry face ".....I know"
Ethan:"...." Then what's with that heartbroken look
On the other corner of the hall, Mrs Go was seen whispering to a middle aged extremely handsome man
"Milaan... remember I've told you about the girl our son has taken a liking to...look there she's the one" she pointed at Samantha "Beautiful? isn't she?"
Mr Go nodded his head "Which family?"
"Styller's second daughter" Mrs Go said
"Styller's second daughter? I thought they only have one daughter..." Mr Go said doubtfully but as if he remembered something he nodded his head speaking "Right! I've heard about the second one but I've never seen her before"
"Hmm me too, but she is really a Styller" Mrs Go stated
"Ah! This girl is so beautiful, I never knew Styller's have such good genes....sigh only if she was my daughter...." before he could complete his thought Mrs Go interrupted
"Hey hey Mister your son is in love with her and here you are...pray to shiva that she becomes our daughter in law not our daughter"
"Right if she got married to that rascal, my grandchildren will be really adorable..." His eyes twinkles as he spoke, Mrs Go shook her head, her husband is surely yearning for grandkids.
