Samantha raised her head to look at Ethan who was staring back at her.

He froze. 'Did she...she did it because she wants to get close to me?'

His lips turned upward and he grinned at her.

"Tsk. Narcissism is an​ illness" She scoffed. Her mouth twitched at his expression.

"Then..?" He wasn't being narcissistic, he just can't help his brain.

"Well if it's not for Cannon's insistence and besides I get a pretty good deal"

He froze.

Not because of the words she said, heck he didn't even hear anything. But those sparkling eyes, her face was calm, devoid of any expression but there was a sparkle in her eyes when she spoke those words.

It was the same as ever, whenever she saw something she likes, her eyes will sparkle like this even if her face remain expressionless.

He can never in thousand years forget her eyes which sparkle like stars.
