4 Reason

It was break time and Samantha was left alone in their classroom. She didn't want to go out. She had enough of her classmates gazes on her and for sure once she stepped out of the classroom, she'll receive more gazes.

"Aren't you hungry?" a voice sounded from behind her. She suddenly jumped out in shock.

"Why are you here alone?" he asked her, pulling out a chair and placed it in front of her so they were seated facing each other.

Caleb suddenly pulled out a sandwich and a bottle of coffee from his pocket, "Eat this, you'd be hungry if you don't," he told her. Having a strong sense of hearing, earlier in the car, he heard her stomach growl a couole of times. He figured that she haven't eaten breakfast so he bought her food.

Once again, Samantha's head was in a mess.

Will she ever have a peace of mind?

"You look like you have a lot to ask, talking doesn't hurt," Caleb told her.

Yes, she indeed have too many questions running on her head.

She cleared her throat, "Why are you doing this?" she asked him.

"Doing what darling? You have to be specific," he smiled at her teasingly.

"This. Why am I suddenly a wanted? I didn't even do anything to you guys! And this, why are you treating me so well even though I'm a wanted?"

"Oh you haven't figured anything yet?" he asked her, raising his brows on her. She just looked at him questioningly, not able to understand what he meant.

"Ha, I really thought that the kiss was enough to explain it all," he scratched his head then leaned forward and rested his arms on Samantha's table.

He looked at her in the eye, "Why do you think I kissed you? Fetched you this morning? Gave you food?" he asked her.

Then she thought of reasons. She looked up the ceiling and thought deeply, what could it be? Immersed in her thoughts, she suddenly felt a flick on her forehead.

"Did you really need to think so deep? Are you really this dense?" he sighed in disbelief, "I like you okay? It was something so simple to think about," he told her.

Holding her forehead, Samantha felt her heart skip a beat. Did she hear it right? Did he say he liked her?

"Ugh! I really can't believe I like you, how are you this stupid?" he said annoyed.

"H..Hey! Who are you calling stupid?" she shouted at him, stuttering.

"Ugh whatever, you eat your food," Caleb left her wondering all by herself inside their classroom. He felt really helpless towards her. How can she not read his gestures? Was it not obvious?

It was the mid semester two years ago when he first saw Samantha. She was a transferee student at Callixus. He was walking on the hallway with Reverix when he saw her.

He immediately took notice of her because of her looks. She had a long, brown wavy hair that was tied in a ponytail. Her lashes were long and her eyes were brown in color. She was wearing a floral dress that day.

He was completely mesmerized by her.

Everyday in school, he watches Samantha. Its like his day was never complete without him seeing her. She was the apple of his eye. Although, he really liked her, he didn't have the courage to approach her.

He was the almighty alpha of Reverix, but confessing to a girl? He actually didn't know how to do it, so he just silently glanced at her everyday at school.

Then a few days ago, while walking in the hallway, he saw Samantha laughing with one of her male classmates. They were talking happily to each other and he can see the happiness in her eyes.

The evil feeling of jealousy suddenly surrounded him.

For the longest time he liked her, he always imagined himself talking and laughing like that with Samantha. He wanted her smiles and laughs for himself.

The next days, he followed her closely. He was curious what her relationship with that man was, but he was caught by Jake.

Jake bombarded him with questions which led him to no choice but to tell him the truth, he was his bestfriend after all.

Then there it all started, Jake came up with a plan to get Samantha and Caleb together. It was of course, to make her a Reverix wanted.

One of the main reasons behind this plan was to distance Samantha from other men. Being a Reverix Wanted meant nobody was allowed to talk to her or else they'd be punished by Reverix and nobody wanted that.

Second main reason, of course, is to draw Samantha and Caleb together. This way, they'll be able to spend more time together.

Jake really thought this plan well and he really hopes that it will work. He wished his bestfriend goodluck.

He already did his part of helping, now it was time for Caleb to do the actions.
