Examining my options, I pondered deeply, weighing the pros and cons of each. Immediately, I dismissed the Elementalist class; altering my stat distribution at this point seemed impractical, if not too late altogether.
Next on the list was the Magic Swordsman, but I quickly vetoed that option for one simple reason: I didn't have a sword. Becoming a half-baked magic caster wasn't appealing to me, and while I could likely substitute the sword for something else, the risk involved wasn't worth it.
This left the Death Knight, a class I would argue I know more about than most, as it's my second pick if Necromancer isn't an option. One aspect I found favorable about this class is its versatility: it's designed to either deal a large amount of damage per second (DPS) or withstand a significant amount of damage, both of which would be incredibly useful. Additionally, Death Knights have the flexibility to wield virtually any weapon, whether it be a mace, double axe, or even their bare hands—they can fight effectively with whatever they have at hand.
My choice was clear, and I immediately selected the Death Knight class with a single stray thought. Instantly, a host of notifications came in this time with a new set of options.

'Lets go with frost' unlike the picking my class I didn't waste much time with this something other might say is stupid but I got little information to go off so I might as well go with what Im vibin with the most.

The notifications flooded in, but I didn't let them overwhelm me. Instead, I focused and absorbed the information about everything I was receiving, starting with my new skill: [Frost Strike: Lv1]. According to the newly installed information, this skill added a freezing effect to my attacks for a mere 1 mana point per strike, slowing down the enemy in turn. Additionally, my attacks now dealt a 10% bonus magical damage, which was quite advantageous.
The raw increase in stats was remarkable too; I felt much stronger than before, able to lift the car I was sitting on with little difficulty. Satisfied with my newfound strength, I moved on to examine the item I had received, the details of which were now snugly stored in my mind. To say it was good would be an understatement.
The item's first effect was particularly appealing—it strengthened Ice-related abilities by 50%, aligning perfectly with my newfound Frost Strike skill. Additionally, it bestowed upon me the ability to use the skill [Eternal Winter] once a week. This cooldown seemed quite generous, considering the skill's remarkable capability: transforming the environment around me into a winter wonderland. While it didn't directly inflict damage, it boosted the effectiveness of my skills by 100% and reduced their mana cost by 50%.
Moreover, the item had other minor functions, such as self-mending and an intriguing obfuscation ability. When worn, it concealed the wearer's true form, presenting them as a dark, human-like figure to anyone attempting to peer inside—a handy feature for maintaining secrecy and intrigue.
Overall, I found the new boost in power exhilarating and was eager to test my newly gained abilities on the Ratmen. Without a second thought, I immediately equipped my cloak and began journeying in the direction of the Skaven home, hoping to encounter a lone patrol.
