2 Grimoire
"Cain where have you been and who is she?" Father asked, I guess they were looking for me while I was gone. I did just up and disappear "Father this is kaede, I found her when I was exploring the forest behind the demon's skeleton". Kaede looked at me and then at father "hello there kaede where are your parents I'm sure they're worried about you?" Kaede then stood behind me with the dog in her hands, In order for there not to be any misunderstanding I say "Father kaede doesn't have any parents. She told me they were killed by Spade magic knights".
The father places his hand onto his chin and thinks for a second "Well kaede your welcome to stay with us at the church".The father then turned around and started walking towards the church "come along let's get you kids cleaned up".
After taking a bath and getting changed I waited for kaede to finish.When she's done I plan to take her somewhere quiet so we could talk about what was going on. She didn't question anything on the way here but I'm pretty sure she has questions.
------------- Third person POV -------------
Kaede came outside the bathroom to see Cain waiting there for her, he gestured for her to follow him. She followed along quietly wondering where they were going. they exited the church and started to head towards the demons skeleton that he talked about earlier. When they arrived he had Kaede have a seat and asked, "Do you have any questions about anything that happened so far?"she thought about this for a minute then asked " what are we and where are we".

I was visibly taken aback. I thought she would have more questions "we are Diclonius, a race that is meant to exterminate mankind and we are in the clover kingdom".Kaede looked confused. I guess telling her our race's purpose was too much. "Now then do you have any other questions" kaede looked me dead in my eyes and said "How did you help me"
Is she asking about the vector's? "Do you mean the vectors?".
She looked at me strangely, "vectors?" Oh she doesn't know what they are yet "They are basically invisible or sometimes visible hands that you can control, you will awaken them eventually don't worry" she grabbed my hand and smiled then said "then when I get mine I can save you" ah my angel is so sweet. "they must be wondering where we are by now let's head back now"
we started walking back to the village all of a sudden she asked me "Can I hold your hand" I turned and held my hand out without me having to say anything. She took my hand and we made our way back to the church.

I hope Kaede's ok. I left her with Asta who was training under the demon's skeleton, I honestly hope Asta's ok If does anything to irritate Kaede. She might just kill him. That would be unfortunate.
I arrived at the demon's skull only to see a sleeping Kaede leaning on a rock and Asta doing some really fast push ups. I walked over to kaede, and sat next to her. I then moved her head on to my lap so that I could play with her hair.
"Oi Cain when did you get here?" I look up to see Asta walking towards me "you done working out Asta?" he couches down in front of us "yea I just finished up and I'm heading back you guys coming or you guys staying here?" I looked down at kaede, contemplating whether or not we should go with Asta, then I looked back up to asta "we'll stay here a bit longer you can head back"
Asta then stood up and started walking away, Asta turned his head back and said "then I'll see you guys later" and then he left, as I watched him leave, I leaned my head back against the rock to rest until kaede woke up.

I learned last year that I had an affinity for Imitation magic, Yuno has the affinity for wind magic,and kaede has the affinity for Chaos magic.
While Yuno's been able to use his mana to summon wind and Kaede has been able to give the people around her bad luck. I know my Imitation magic is only able to copy magic after touching a grimoire so I need to wait till get my grimoire next year to be able to use magic.
I felt Kaede start to wake up so I looked down at her "Cain?" Kaede said, her speech was a bit slurred since she just woke up. Kaede rubbed her eyes looking at me
I laughed lightly "how was your nap?" She turned her head away from me and quietly said "it was comfortable" I patted her head and said "we should get going soon, I don't want the others to worry" she looked back at me with a slightly noticeable frown, before she let out a reluctant "ok". She started to sit up but before she was all the way up I pulled her towards me while laughing and opening a dimensional doorway behind us to the church.
As soon as we walked through the front door
Everyone inside welcomed me with a
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" kaede hugged me from behind and whispered "happy birthday Cain"
into my ear.

1 year later
Last year Asta and Yuno got their grimoire and went to take the magic knight's exam.Yuno got into the Golden dawn magic knight squad and Asta got into the Black bull magic knight squad.

After completing my daily quest I made my way back to the church to get kaede.Today is the Grimoire Acceptance Ceremony that means it's the day I go around collecting magic spells from everyone thanks to my imitation magic, I wonder what would have if I tried to get the wizard king's magic would my grimoire be able to handle it? I can't wait.
When I made it to the church, I see kaede talking with sister lily but before I could say anything kaede turned around and said "have you finished your run already?"
I waved and said "yea I just finished up, are you ready to go?" kaede started walking towards me and said "yea I've been waiting on you" I held out my hand and said "come on then let's go" she took my hand and a dimensional doorway appeared underneath us, it took us to the grimoire tower.
When we entered, there were 14 other children there that I didn't know, mainly because I didn't bother paying attention to the other kids from the village. behind a podium was Drouot the master of the grimoire tower. "Ahem, now it is time for the rewarding of the grimoire's!" I watched as grimoire's started flying out of there shelves, out of all of them an ancient white grimoire floated towards me, so I reached out and grabbed it. A leafless grimoire, the first in history A grimoire.
Keade got a grimoire with 5 leaves, a grimoire possessed by a demon. Her grimoire already had 3 pages filled in. When we left I had kaede let me touch her grimoire so I could copy her spells.
