Hyeon froze. The words he was about to say remained blocked in his throat, as he stared blankly at his brother. It took him a few seconds before his mind finally jerked awake. 

"What do you mean?"

As he asked that question, Hyeon's eyes tried to catch Jeong's, but the younger brother stubbornly avoided eye contact. He kept his gaze lowered, making it even more difficult for Hyeon to discern his thoughts. 

This made that previous feeling grow even stronger. Something was definitely off with Jeong. Otherwise, his brother wouldn't have this strange reaction. As a consequence, Hyeon couldn't stop a foreboding feeling rising in his heart.

"Jeong, what do you mean by that?" Hyeon pressed for an answer.

Jeong took a deep breath.

"You shouldn't have come here, big brother, because I am not coming with you." he finally said.
