36 Everything Is Ok

Emerald orbs looked up at a cruel man that held a large silver spoon. Stirring the pot of soup, the man didn't so much as not notice the child as he blatantly ignored him. As he did most of the time. The child's stomach rumbled, and his mouth watered. His last meal had been at school and as usual, it was the only thing that he'd eaten that day. Like every day.

His uncle brought the spoon to his lips and after deeming the soup done spooned himself out a portion. Oh, how the young boy wanted some soup too. When his uncle was just out of view he stood on the tips of his toes, like in dance class, to try and peer into the pot. He knew he wasn't allowed to eat it. Sean had told him multiple times they could eat when Uncle slept, and even then they couldn't eat much, only what Sean was able to buy and hide for them.

The floorboards creaked under the boy as he edged closer to the delicious smells coming from the pot and from the main room he heard the voice of the man he feared.

"Don't touch it brat." Came a monotone warning.

Tiza's stomach growled relentlessly, but he obeyed. He was still sore from the last time he didn't listen to Uncle.

.............................

Several men gathered around the dingy table in the main room. All of them were about as dingy as the table, the smell of cigarettes and booze thick in the air. Cards lay out on the table with money casually thrown in the middle.

Roland cursed as he threw down his hand. One of the men spoke up.

"Running out of luck there huh, Jeannot?"

"Like he had any from the start."

"Shut the hell up and take the goddamn money."

Roland had about 50 euros left to his name, payday wasn't until next week. He'd have to find another way to get more liquor.

Moans could be heard down the hall, and it caught the men's attention.

"What's that?"

"The brat's on his heat."

"Melody's kid?"

Roland glared daggers at one of the men. Her name was not to be mentioned in this house.

"How old is he now? Thirteen?"

"Probably." Roland stopped celebrating birthdays a long time ago.

"You know Jeannot, I know a couple of Alpha big wigs that are always looking for discreet ways of handling their ruts. Pay good money too. Like to keep it out of their inner circles so that way it doesn't interfere with business."

"Does it look like I need money?!" he snapped, spittle flying out of his chapped lips.

One of the men, the one that won the round, begins to count his winnings. "Looks like so, unless you want to try to win your bets back."

"Damn kids are expensive, you should make him earn his keep since you're keeping a roof over his head."

Roland grumbled to himself but It wasn't a bad idea after all.

Uncle had picked him up early from school. This worried Tiza, but the boy remained silent on the car ride. They arrived at a rundown hotel and his uncle motions for him to get out of the car. The worry inside the boy worsens. After Uncle pays for a room Tiza is told to wait in it and that Uncle will be back in two hours.

Somehow Tiza finds the courage to ask why he's here. He never talks to his uncle anymore, all he gets in return are bruises and harsh words.

"I let you live in my house, I give you a roof to sleep under, so be grateful this is the only thing that I'm making you do. Plus you want to keep going to school right? You gotta pay for it somehow." That is all he says before he leaves.

Tiza waits in the room and doesn't know what to expect. But he doesn't expect a man in a nice suit to open the door a while later. I smell wafted in with him, it smelt of wood and musk. Tiza suddenly felt hot, where he felt fine a moment ago. This man approached him after locking the door. He shed his coat quickly followed by the tie around his neck. Tiza backed away until the backs of his knees hit the edge of the large bed and he fell back onto it. His head and vision were swimming and it felt like he was going into heat. But he shouldn't be, he thought. His heat happened not long ago.

"What a pretty little thing you are, and at such a reasonable price." he reached a hand towards the Omega and Tiza shrunk away.

"Shhh don't worry, you'll want this in a few minutes."

There were a lot of things Tiza wanted. He wanted a solid meal, he wanted to do better in his ballet lessons, he wanted to get away from his Uncle. This wasn't something he wanted.

......................

Tiza nursed his swelling cheek, while he dutifully did his homework. He had little time before he had to rush to his dance lesson. He had to keep his grades up too so this was the time he had allotted to work. Uncle had finally passed out in his bedroom, after giving Tiza a well-deserved beating.

Tiza no longer questioned if he really deserved it or not but just let it happen. If he fought it just came back to bite him ten times as hard. Checking the clock he saw he only had fifteen minutes until Sean came home from 'after school lessons' to walk with Tiza to lessons.

'After school lessons' is what they called his job. The boy was sixteen now and had secretly gotten a job to save up money without his father's knowledge. Sean was still determined to get both of them far away from his father. But the cost of such aspirations made it so he wasn't home much, which made Tiza the target of his Uncle's outbursts.

Tiza went to great lengths to hide his bruises from his brother. The last thing he wanted was for Sean to stop working out of worry. So he sat there on the hardwood floor of their poor excuse for a room and held a frozen bag of vegetables to his face. He was lucky his uncle was asleep or touching his food would have earned him another round of whips to his behind.

At school, he played it off as being clumsy at dance practice, at dance practice he played it off as being careless at school. Nobody questioned him much, nobody really cared either. Which was fine he guessed, as long as Sean didn't notice all was well.

He heard the front door open and close silently and quickly Tiza stashed the vegetables under the bed.

"Are you ready?"

Sean looked tired and dirty. His job as an errand boy had him running around from the time they finished school to the time they had to be at lessons.

"Let me get my shoes on."

The two boys left in a hurry and Tiza somehow manages to get through the walk there and the entire lesson hiding his limp with practiced precision.

......................

Uncle was always at their performances. After Tiza showed promise in his dance skills his uncle took a new interest in him. Whether this was a good or bad thing well it was hard to tell. He was passionate about the idea that if Tiza couldn't be the Alpha that Melody had wanted then he would be the next best thing, the Prima Ballerina of the dance company. So he stopped physically abusing Tiza with his fist and turned to abuse him in other ways. He worked him relentlessly. Ballet practice didn't stop at school and continued at home. He was strict with Tiza and expected nothing but the best from the boy. If he couldn't rival the beauty of his mother then he wasn't worth her blood that ran through him.

In public, he played the role of the proud uncle but in private he was merciless as always.

Even though the physical abuse stopped Tiza still had to be well versed in hiding bruises. But these bruises were of the sexual kind. When he was not knee-deep in honors classes, and pirouetting his way to the top of the ballet class, he had an obligation as his uncle put it.

His uncle had long quit working at this point since the boys were in high school. And paying for their living space was put entirely on Tiza. Regularly he met with Alphas to satiate their ruts, and during his heats, he was offered to Betas that wanted a taste of an Omega's heat. He was always highly requested, an Omega's heat was usually a delicacy only meant for Alpha's. He couldn't be mated by them anyway so it was 'ok'.

On the outside Tiza was a diligent student and up and coming ballet star, behind locked doors he whored himself out just so he would have a place to sleep. Sean was none the wiser, too busy trying to make ends meet to put food on the table. At this point his father was well aware he had a job and demanded the money from it, This was the point where the need for a second job arose.

The only time the two saw each other was during ballet class and at night. The two still shared the same bed as they did as kids, but now they had grown significantly. Tiza was so used to being manhandled that he didn't care about sleeping this close to his brother, plus he'd woken up next to worse people and Sean was too tired to care where he slept as long as it was in a bed.

Most times Tiza slept a lot, lacking energy from the little food he was able to eat and all the energy he expended during the day. But sometimes, when the pain in his stomach staved off the sleep he needed he would talk to Sean even though the other slept like a rock from how exhausted he was.

He would tell Sean about the things he couldn't tell him. Like which of his regulars he had to fuck today, which ones were the nicest, and which ones did him a little too hard. Like how he decided not to eat lunch at school today because Uncle said he had a physique to upkeep and that Uncle was right why would he train so hard and then ruin it with the unhealthy lunches they served at school, and about his girlfriend who was quite possibly the most amazing person in the world.

One day he would have to properly introduce the two, he was sure Sean would agree that his fated mate was perfect.
