"I didn't know, my heart did and after all aren't most of us driven by our own flames ?"

June signed the last contract before closing the file and handing it to Ella
"I'm leaving now, if Mr.Rhines calls tell him that we are just not interested in expanding ...with him"
She spoke as she placed the small water bottle in her handbag and applied a final coat of lipstick
"Yes, Miss " Ella responded , taking the file and placing it under two other blue ones
June strode to her car and opened the car's door . She placed her shades on and groaned as her phone buzzed in her handbag
"I'm coming! I'm on the way " She muttered under her breath.
She placed her handbag next to her and released a deep sigh . Her life was just a boring routine leading to nowhere . If this was meant to be then she was going to accept , not gladly but life is all about accepting your destiny because you--simply-- never write it .
It was her philosophy , it certainly didn't make her happy but it worked just fine .
Today she would meet the her real estate agent, Luther Sundin, they would discuss the final paperwork needed for the ownership of the land in Meldin and starting of construction . She was extremely excited . It meant a huge step forward to her and to the people working with her . They shared a vision of conquering the law world and becoming a prestigious name .
Never stop growing; the only advise she would give for people who ask what's the secret ingredient for success . It was and always be inside of you . Trust it .
She drove smoothly taking quick glances at the watch every two seconds . She sighed and rested her head on the window "Gosh, I'm late "
Her phone buzzed again, she moved her sight for seconds off the road before hearing a crashing sound . She hit a car .
"Oh no !"
She examined the car in front of her and tried to rate the damage, " A s-solid 7 or 8 " . She pulled on the side of the road and watched a tall man descend from the car .
He was dressed in an elegant suit and fully groomed . His features were extremely sharp and his gaze deathly. He took a look at the back of his car and then his eyes moved towards her .
When their eyes met, she felt as if someone was talking to her soul . It was electrifying .
He beckoned to her .
She sighed and looked at the clock . She wasn't going to make it . Her legs slowly guided her towards him . He crossed his arms and flexed his broad shoulders .
She bit her lip and looked at the car . It was indeed expensive . " God ! Wait let me write you a check "
He looked at her with wide eyes . She was unbelievable even with that killer body .
In seconds she was pinned under him on the windshield of her car . "Hell, I can buy another thousand cars similar to this and even better "
His voice was husky, it was intoxicating . She could now clearly see his smoky and dark eyes . She was astonished with their beauty.
She gulped, "what do you want then ?"
He smirked and and whispered, "Apologize " .
Her eyes widened . He was asking her to break her number one rule . She shook her head "No"
"No?" He raised an eyebrow
She nodded,"Do you even know who are you talking to ?"
"I think I should ask you the same question "
She huffed . She was getting late . She shoved him aside," You know what ? Call the cops I don't care, you'll have to accept the money because I'll be paying the compensation but I refuse to apologize . That's all I have to say"
She slid from his grip and drove away .
He placed his hands on his hips and admired her attitude but despite that he was still going to make her pay in one way or another
"What a feisty one "

She entered Luther's office "Mr.Sundin, I am incredibly sorry but there was this stupid gu-"
She stopped as she met the same pair of smoky eyes .
"What are you doing here ?"
He and the guy from earlier were seated together and in front of them few papers .
Luther spoke " Do you know each other ?"
June eyed the man in front of her . He must've came to finish a deal like her or perhaps he followed her . She believed in the second option more .
"Of course we do !" The tall man got up, faking a smile and went to hug her .
She pushed him away,"Don't touch me ! You followed me didn't you ?!"
"Gosh ! You're almost sure ", he furrowed his eyebrows and ran his hand through his copper hair .
"Mr.Sundin, please just give me the papers " June pleaded having had enough of the handsome stranger in front of her .
The bald man scratched the back of his neck, " W-well that's what I wanted to talk to you about . Miss.June, a-ac-tually the property is off the list now since the own-"
Her eyes grew wide,"No! No! No ! You can't possibly be saying that when I have already f-"
"But Mr.Sebastian j-"
Sebastian blinked as he heard his name, that only meant one thing; she was the buyer .
And if she was the buyer he could now easily think of ways of getting his revenge from his sweetheart . He grinned, this is more fun than he thought .
Let her soul rest in peace ...he said his prayers silently
"Who cares who is Mr.Sebastian" , her yelling grew louder and her voice was now shaking . She couldn't help but feel tears forming . She has worked so hard to find the most strategic place in New York---after her headquarters--- of course.
"Excuse me ! I'm sure you do care " Sebastian said in rather sarcastic tone .
She wasn't sure if her eyes could get any wider but if they could then they would be as wide as a saucer . Imagining it made her laugh internally. At that point she knew there was really something wrong with her .
If this was the man who owned the land, then her chances are surely gone . She shut her eyes. The loss was too ugly to behold . She walked slowly towards the door until she heard his smoky voice call her to stop .
Without turning an inch, she spat bitterly "If you want to mock me scornfully then please save it for yourself "
He signed for Luther to leave . After the middle aged man left, he turned his focus towards the pretty woman in front of him .
She raised an eyebrow, "Oh ! You like things private ?!"
He released a small chuckle, this woman was just too entertaining not to be in his bed by now .
"Well I do but I have a deal for you "
He walked to her, and placed both of his arms on her either sides . Her breath hitched, still she tried to maintain a calm posture .
Her guts told her the person in front of her is not sane.....at all.
She nodded as sign for him to continue .
"I'll give you ten days and before those ten days end you'll have to apologize for damaging my car and once I, of course, accept it I'll give you the land and you can do whatever you want ."
She opened her mouth not to speak but because she couldn't say anything .
"What if I don't ?"
He grinned and almost closed the distance between his mouth and her ear , "You are going to lose one thing everyday until you have no choice but to apologize like the good girl you are. I'll burn you, June "

I just couldn't stand a day without writing but I always struggle with the first three chapters since I hate to write the beginnings...after writing them I feel like the whole story flows by itself and I just have to write and not spend hours brainstorming .
