CHAPTER 6: Zombies

" Gr.... Grr..... "Chu Fang heard the growls of zombies as his eyes opened slowly.

" Shit! " He immediately stood up due to surprise and the zombie looked at him because of the voice but the zombie was looking at him with weird eyes. Chu Fang felt like his heart was going to stop and his soul was going to get milk.

" ... Fuck! " Chu Fang muttered quietly this time and the zombie came too close toward him but the zombie did not do anything except to sniff his body and the zombie looked at him closely. If the zombie could talk, it would say ' Dude, What the fuck are you doing? '.

" What? " Chu Fang could not believe what he was seeing and the zombies saw him as the zombie. Chu Fang waved his hands around zombie and the zombie looked at him again.

" Grrrrrr.... " The zombie growled at him aggressively like saying ' Stop ' in a zombie language. Chu Fang stopped immediately and he could say definitely that he was immune to zombies.

' Is that because I'm from a different world? ' Chu Fang muttered himself.

' Did a zombie bite me and I became a zombie ally? ' Chu Fang started to think a lot of things. He held his hunting crossbow and pulled the trigger while aiming at the zombie's head.

" the string is completely ok. " Chu Fang checked his crossbow because he loaded the crossbow all night so the string might become loose or torn apart. It looked like a crossbow was fine.

The zombie's body collapsed on the ground immediately after hyper bolt pierced the head of a zombie. It completely pierced the zombie's head and the zombie's heads were softer than a human's head. Chu Fang retook the hyper bolt from the zombie head and he put his weapon on the ground after checking his surrounding.

" Let's check my body first. " Chu Fang muttered and he started to undress his clothing.

' 8:30 am. I am down for 10 hours. ' Chu Fang looked at his phone and he came to this world at 8 pm.

' a bedroom. ' Chu Fang muttered while looking at his surroundings. He did not have time to check his surroundings yesterday night and he was trying to survive the best he could but it worked out.

' I might be a protagonist of a novel? ' Chu Fang chuckled as he completely removed every clothing on his body including his underwear.

' My little brother is ok. ' He looked at his morning wood and it was average.

He checked every part of his body and there were no bites mark or bruises. He shot pictures of his back and checked every detail of his body. His skin was still tan and he had nice muscles on his legs and he was blessed with very strong leg bones. Because of that he could run very fast and he used to be a candidate for school games but on a greater scale, he was not that brilliant at all. He was just someone who had a good pair of legs.

" A flawless skin so I did not change into a zombie at all. " Chu Fang quickly wore his clothing and he also wore a helmet. The helmet did save him from the fall so he was not going to remove his protection gears.

" Sigh! What did happen to me? " Chu Fang muttered as he sat down on the floor.

" Let's eat breakfast first. " Chu Fang said as he took out a cup of coffee from his space storage . A boiled egg and a cheese homemade sandwich. He prepared very well for his meals.

" Ah.... Good ... " A delightful tone escaped from his mouth as he extended his legs and tried to stay comfortable as possible. He felt like he was getting a new life again and it was pure bliss.

' The only thing that I can say is I'm not from this world. Maybe I have different immune system compared to this world's humans and that is why I have a hard time to breath the oxygen. Or a parallel world mirror's ability.' Chu Fang started to work hid brain again after having a good meal.

" Sigh! I do not know anymore. I should thank that I'm alive. " Chu Fang stopped thinking and he quickly finished hid meal as he wore bank his gears and he loaded his crossbow with his cocking device. A powerful crossbow took time to load the bolt and it came with its own loading tools.

" Knife ... Check... Dagger .... Check .... Crossbow check ...." Chu Fang carefully checked his weapon and he stored his spear in Space Storage. He was not going to need it. A crossbow was very silent and it had a good range so he was going to rely on his crossbow to kill zombies. He did not feel anything for killing the zombie. Maybe he was used to butchering animals and living in a rural village was hard but it made him into a tough person.

" Let's start from this room. " Chu Fang looked around the room and the room situation was very messed up. The owner of the apartment definitely tried to fight back the zombies but the zombie won in the end.

Chu Fang opened the biggest closest and he took out everything from it. Mostly, there were expensive clothes, bags, and man-style jeans which he did not need. From the clothes, Chu Fang could judge that this apartment was a family apartment but the apartment was really small.

Chu Fang searched inside the apartment for half an hour and he did not find anything very valuable except a golden ring on a dead zombie's finger.

" It was a waste of time. " Chu Fang muttered while looking at the quiet city. From the city's situation, Chu Fang could guess that the zombie virus infected the globe less than a month ago. The city still had electricity in some parts and the other parts of the city were completely ruined. The cars crashed and burned, and the misery of human could be heard from the air.

" Wait..... What " Chu Fang looked around the city and he was very familiar with the city at the same city he was not.

" Is not that ' Diamond Palace Condo '? " Chu Fang looked at certain places and the buildings were gorgeous, people could tell that it was luxury apartments for rich people.

' Yeah! ' Diamond Palace Condo ' is the ideal place for my mission. ' Chu Fang started to think of a lot of things. Rich people smelled money so Chu Fang knew that it was better than searching in peasants' places.

' Beside! There are a lot of lotting places. If this world is like my world, there might be a police station and jewelry shop. ' Chu Fang smiled as he thought of his bright future.
