2 CHAPTER 2: A New Opportunity

His heart was beating in the first rate and he still could not believe a new reality of him. He slapped his cheek and he felt the pain but the pain was dull because he was shocked from the core of his being. He silently sat down on the bed and he started to think of his future.

" No! even if I can go to the parallel world. I don't know what kind of world it is. It might be unhabitable for human beings and it might be useless. " Chu Fang processed the information calmly and he already calculated a much more complicated maths problem so he didn't hate very hard problems as long as it was solvable.

" No. It is still a chance for me. A chance to start my new life. Even if a parallel world is unhabitable, I still have the power. " Chu Fang decided. An opportunity came to his hand and it would be a waste if he didn't hold the opportunity.

" I must. " Chu Fang muttered repeatedly. He focused on the information. There were a lot of information about the mirror. It was from the advanced ancient civilization. Ancient Civilizations knew that the world was going to restart so they tried to escape to a parallel world but they failed successfully. The parallel world's technology was successfully completed but the fate did not favor the ancient civilization and they met doom.

The parallel world mirror was just a prototype version and scientists perfected before they met the death. They created their lifetime's masterpiece and added a lot of information in it. They hoped that someone received their masterpiece and they hoped that they could live as the history. Even though, the chance was so small because the world was going to meet an absolute destruction. The ' Parallel World Mirror ' survived from the inevitable doom and it survived for 10000 years. Chu Fang became a successor of the ' Parallel World Mirror ' .

" Oh! I knew it. " Chu Fang found that he could check the parallel world from his mirror. There was a small function called ' Ideal Environment Scouting System ' but it was a tiny function of the parallel world mirror.

" The problem is energy. " Chu Fang understood about the parallel world mirror's function from the information.

It used ' Oxygen ' as an energy and it was constantly absorbing energy but the energy usage was pretty big so Chu Fang could only create a passage of a parallel world once per week. The space storage power did not use oxygen as energy but it used solar energy to operate the ' Space Storage Power'.

' Parallel World Mirror ' only had two main abilities and they were ' Space Storage Power ' that could store a lot of things in the different dimension which Chu Fang used early and ' Passage' which allowed him to create a path to go to a parallel world. Of course, it had other small functions for user's safety .It used separate sources of energy for it's two abilities which was amazing features for Chu Fang. It could also use other energy source when oxygen and solar energy were not unable to get.

" Well, I can make a good decision and get a cooldown time to think carefully when energy is charging if I look from a positive perspective point of view. " Chu Fang muttered and his body was filled with energy and his ambition was at its peak. He dreamed of his own paradise or heaven. He dreamed of his luxury life which money was the god.

" I see. " Chu Fang understood about A parallel World's mirror's power and he could only feel surprised and excitement. He was going to use the scout function so it did not use a lot of energy but ' Passage ' would not be able to use for three days. He could prepare himself in the meantime so he decided to swallow the hard pill and decided to do it.

".... focus ... " He sat down on the floor and closed his eyes slowly. The energy started to gather in his body and a small space crack appeared in front of him. It was a super tiny ant-size crack and a small energy departed from his body, it entered into the crack. After a few minutes later, a small energy returned from a small crack to his body, entered into his brain directly.

" What The fuxk .. " Chu Fang could only swear when he saw the information of a parallel world.

" Zombie Apocalypse ... " Chu Fang muttered as a new information slowly entered into his brain. A couple of pictures were displayed in his brain and he could judge the situation of the world from them. From the pictures, he could see the situation of the world. The World was filled with zombies and the cities were ruined. It was a worldwide apocalypse and the world was quiet but the chaos was speeding up. The zombies murmured and the cry of humans was too loud enough to shake the world.

" Shit! " Chu Fang said with sadness but it was just a sympathy toward the human race. He was just an average young man that was beaten up by society and it would be a lie if he said 'he did not resent this world'. Sometimes he thought that this world should burn.

" Another people's misery is another people's opportunity. " Chu Fang muttered the word which he read from a certain third-rated novel. He clearly did not remember the novel's name but the words stayed inside his head. He read a lot of novels in his free time in the hope of becoming like that. Now, the opportunity came to him.

" Yes! "

" This is my lottery that is 100% sure. I can do it. " Chu Fang clapped his hands while silently praying for his future.
