7 Dam Min-Jee's Persistence

As soon as Yu Jin-Ho opened the door...he saw a familiar face that he wished he hadn't saw.

Sure enough...it was Dam Min-Jee. She sports a fit white shirt that highlights her gorgeous figure under a cropped jacket and paired it with black trousers. She also wears sunglasses to avoid being recognized.

"What are you doing here...Ms. Dam..."

"Why did you suddenly surrender yesterday?"

Jin-Ho somehow expected her to ask this question right off the bat. Instead of answering...he tried closing the door instead.

"I have nothing to say...goodbye."

To prevent the door from closing on her...Dam Min-Jee used her foot to stop it.

"I'm not leaving till you give me a proper answer."

"What answer do you need anyway?"

Dam Min-Jee was very sure that if Yu Jin-Ho didn't give up yesterday...she would have certainly lost the duel. She wants to know the real reason behind Jin-Ho's withdrawal from the match because her pride won't let her have such a half-assed victory.

"I know you're stronger than me from the exchange we had in that duel so why did you give up the chance of being the guild master of the White Lotus Guild?"

"I have no intention of taking that position from you in the first place...I just want to test my strength over a powerful opponent that's all."

Dam Min-Jee didn't expect Yu Jin-Ho's response at all. She initially thought of Jin-Ho as someone greedy for power and fame that's why he wants the guild master position. It seems all of that is just an act to make Dam Min-Jee fight him.

"I..I see."

"If that's all...I will close the door now."

Yu Jin-Ho was about to close the door shut for good this time but what came out of Dam Min-Jee's mouth soon after made him jolt.

"From when our weapons broke and I fought you barehanded...I noticed that you're desperately trying to avoid me landing a hit on you."

This caused Jin-Ho to have shivers down his spine.

"Don't tell me you're..."

Dam Min-Jee tried to touch Yu Jin-Ho from the gap of the still half opened door. In a split second...Yu Jin-Ho backed away a short distance from where Dam Min-Jee's reach is.

"Don't you dare try touching me woman..."

Yu Jin-Ho's assertion caused Min-Jee to make a wicked grin on her face.

Dam Min-Jee was really certain Yu Jin-Ho swings the other way or else how could he ignore Min-Jee's womanly charms in which she take pride for.

With the door being fully opened by her...Dam Min-Jee slowly made her way inside towards Yu Jin-Ho with her fingers swaying themselves in a creepy manner.

"I'm just a delicate girl...there shouldn't be any problem with me touching you right?"

"Stay back...I'm warning you."

The real reason Yu Jin-Ho gave up the duel yesterday is truthfully because he hates being in physical contact with women even if it's just a mere touch. He is a huge misogynist and the reason behind it lies deep within his past.

Dam Min-Jee was only a small distance away from Yu Jin-Ho when she slipped from the water droplets that scattered over the tile floor. She then crashed to Yu Jin-Ho...the both of them came falling to the floor with Min-Jee on top.

In the way and position Dam Min-Jee is falling...it would only take a split second for their lips to meet each other. In her twenty-three years of being single...Min-Jee didn't expect her first kiss would happen in this situation. She closed her eyes and prepared herself but what she imagined didn't happen.

As Dam Min-Jee slowly opened her eyes...she saw Jin-Ho desperately grabbing her chin with his left hand and cupping her cheeks tight with his fingers to lift her head up. This made Min-Jee make a duck-like face.

"Don't even think about it..."

Jin-Ho already looks like he's about to explode anytime with thick veins bulging out on his forehead.

As soon as Dam Min-Jee realized the position they are in...she quickly made space between her and Jin-Ho. She was too embarrassed to even say a single word.

After a short while...Dam Min-Jee composed herself like nothing happened.

"Are you gay?"

Dam Min-Jee was really upfront with her question...she didn't even take effort to sugarcoat it.

This pissed Yu Jin-Ho. All he did was flip the bird in front of Dam Min-Jee's face.

"How about this for an answer..."

"Sheesh...no need to get so worked up is there?"

"How did you even find where I leave anyway?"

Dam Min-Jee wasted her precious time just to locate where Yu Jin-Ho is residing. Jin-Ho was quite uncomfortable after hearing that.

"Are you a stalker or something?

Without anymore chitchats...Dam Min-Jee went straight to the point.

"I still want you to join our guild...you're addition can greatly strengthen the White Lotus guild's power."

Dam Min-Jee knows that he would refuse her offer again so she went and suggested Yu Jin-Ho to check out the guild for himself first and after that...Jin-Ho can decide whether he wants to join or not.

Since Dam Min-Jee is so persistent...Yu Jin-Ho went with her suggestion to judge the guild for himself. This made Dam Min-Jee very glad that Jin-Ho didn't reject her proposition.

Jin-Ho puts on his usual hunting clothes which consists of black long sleeve shirt, black slick pant, and a pair of leather shoes.

After Yu Jin-Ho dressed himself up...the both of them went down the apartment building. When the two of them got out of the building...Yu Jin-Ho was met with an orange Lamborghini Aventador which surely belonged to Dam Min-Jee.

Dam Min-Jee offered Jin-Ho a ride to where the White Lotus Guild is located at. As soon as they arrived...Yu Jin-Ho immediately got everyone's attention inside the guild's hall.

Jin-Ho already became a hot topic with the members of the guild as a D-rank newbie who had the guts to fight in a duel with their guild master.

A guy whose a member of the guild then stepped up and bumped on Yu Jin-Ho on purpose. Jin-Ho was about to just let it go but the guy initiated a conversation...but not in a pleasing manner.

"Oh I'm sorry, you look so weak I didn't notice you...Mr. D-rank..."

Dam Min-Jee got in between them to ease the situation.

"Don't be rude Hu Joon...I'm the one who invited Yu Jin-Ho.."

The one who bumped into Jin-Ho is Hu Joon...an arrogant A-rank Hunter and also one of the main forces of the White Lotus Guild.
