3 Rare occurrence
Hundreds of books are in front of Cloud right now. Passive and active skills are present in this library and at the same time books about facts in this world.
He can learn skills but he can't use them it is because of level requirements.
Skills that are stocked in his memory bank can be used once the required level is reached.
He touched knowledge books and by learning them he gained experience points. Experience points can be acquired through Actual events or just by reading it in books.
Most adventurers start by reading books about different facts in Mistalia. As time goes by, academies are established for young aspiring adventurers to learn inside a city to keep them safe.
Academies can only grant an Adventurer experience points equivalent of level 25 and still it depend on ones potential.
Cloud read books and gain experience points. There is no way for an adventurer to check his/her experience points acquired and level without registering in the Adventurers Association. When you register in Adventurers Association, you will grant a card to monitor your stats.
But for him, he learned a neutral skill to monitor his stats without the Card. The skill name is Checker. Checker grants it user a mental panel to monitor his level and experience points. Its like a system in games.

Given this stats, Cloud feel satisfied . Without getting out on an actual combat he gained something a normal person can't.
Cloud have the triple buff, it allows him to multiply everything by 3 including exp, effects he gained in potions, the effects of learnable buffs, skills effect and other things. (actually I can't think of something right now.. Hhehehe)
So when a normal person read a whole book he could gain 100 exp. But for this dude here, he could gain 300 from reading books. So basically he can level up 3x faster than others.
"naaaaaaah, only a few books left. After this I should go and register in the Adventurers Association. " Cloud is got bored by touching books. He found reading books a habit but touching them? Naaaaah. It's so boring dude..... SOOOOOOOOO BORING.

He is now ready to go out of the library. He took only an hour to finish every books. Well the speed is unparalleled.
Marina was not shocked when this dude got out of the library so fast. A person with One touch is capable of reading books this fast.
"Then, shall we go to the Association and register there." Marina suggested marina is wearing a red dress above the knee with hairband, blue belt and blue ribbon on her neck. (I'm not good at describing clothes. Hehehe. I will ask someone to do it for me)
"yeah lets head there and let me register to let me accept missions with you Marina." Cloud touched Marina's face and pinched it.
Marina now is as red as a tomato. She blushed when this dude pinched her cheeks. She is now falling deeper in love with this dude as time goes by. For now this might be an affection but later on.....hehehe
Marina punched Cloud's chest strongly that it makes cloud flew out of the house.
"F*ck. I overdid it again." Cloud may have a high potential but his level can't come up with Marina's strength.
"ohhhhhhh SH*T, it hurts babe. " Cloud shouted at Marina. He flew just a hundred meters away. He used Fairy's heal to heal fast. Every second user gains 1% heal while on cross legged position, just like meditation . The skill is naturally a trash. 25 percent of mana every second of this usage. Then it will take for others 4 seconds of duration. Giving them 4 percent only. But for him the effect is 3 percent per second because of triple buff and unlimited duration because of unlimited mana he have.

Marina felt that her heart beats super fast as she fell in love with this man. This dude here is so cool in Marina's eyes. Even though they knew each other for only hours, this dude's charisma is off chart that even the looked up lady Marina is falling for this dude.
"Shall we head out to the Association babe? " Cloud is teasing Marina. Marina is his ideal girl. Slender body, round eyes, not so tall and short hair.

Marina agreed on Cloud. She is also tired about this man that she thinks a God descended from heaven. Just by thinking about how this man read those book in her library in an hour is still a thing that only he could do. If Cloud didn't told her that his memory bank is unlimited then she would think that the skill is still useless.
"Prepare your self, magic test is conducted upon registering. Your starting class is determined in your performance. " Marina said in a calm voice.
" Yes babe. " Cloud just agreed. Marina's face is red and feels hot. But she did not let this dude see her in her state right now.
'What will happen during the registration? Eh. ' Cloud asked himself about what's gonna happen there.
' naaaah. Better wait for it tomorrow and let see what we can do"
