"It's sad to say , but your condition are getting worst" the doctor told you his face with a sad reaction instead , you just smile at him "It's okay Dr. Jin" you said at him and left you alone along with the new patient behind at the curtain you let out a deep sighed knowing your dying "Hey are you okay?" The new patient slide the curtain to see you "Ah sorry about that did I disturb you?" You said at him "No it's okay" The male shakes his head "What's your name?" "M/n , Lee M/n" you said to him "Jung Hoseok!" He exclaimed happily which you found him cute , can't help but smile to him you felt some butterflies in your stomach "What's your condition sunshine?" Hoseok said and you broke the hug "I only have 5 days left sunshine "you said showing a bittersweet smile at him and his reaction changed which made you feel bad , the atmosphere filled with silence and sadness "So what do you want to do?" He said with a smile , a forced one yet hurt

"Lets go in the rooftop tomorrow, I want to breathe fresh air again"

The sun rise a new day yet a sad day for the two boys , without wasting time hoseok and m/n head at the rooftop with the help of the nurses and Dr. Jin the two finally at the rooftop m/n and hoseok amazed by the scenery "Ahh ... fresh air" you spread your arms and breath meanwhile hoseok looked at you enjoying he love you more than a friend yet you're going to left him , a smile appeared from his face watching you enjoy the sight , Dr. Jin saw how hoseok smile at you he knows that behavior of the both males a true love surrounds in them "Sunshine! Hoseok exclaimed making you chuckle at him , you two realized that there's nurses and Dr. Jin , both of you looked at them some nurses are crying and some are smiling happily and there's Dr. Jin he wiping his tears "How about a picture of both of you? For memories " He said and the two of you nod "Say sweet" You two did what he said and he takes many pictures of you and hoseok

3 days passed in morning both of you chatting , laughing , cuddling and Dr. Jin taking pictures of two of you "It's Thursday" you thought , a box with a pretty cover , pen and papers in the desk you made a long letter for him you hoseok was having his daily check "Damn" you cursed wiping your tears continuing writing , you finished writing and put it inside when Dr. Jin came in "I printed this I hope this is helpful" He place a bunch of pictures in the table "Thank you so much" You said and he patted your shoulder "Anything for you m/n" he said helping you put the pictures inside the box "Can you give him this when I die?" "Of course" you thanked him . The night comes quickly, you two are now lying down in the bed hugging you " Love ?" You felt a water drips in your face "A-h yes love" you heard him sniffing "I'm lucky to have you" you said holding his hand "Me too" " What time is it?" He looked at the wall clock "11:53 pm" you felt a little sleepy "Did you believe in another life love?" "Hmm" you reply "Me too ... i want to meet you in another life so please wait for me" hoseok said making you smile "Of course, ill wait for you no matter how long it takes promise " You said to him "I'm sleepy love" you felt your eyes weighed down but you managed to stay awake when he stated to cry again "I want you ... to be happy again like we've first met" You said cupping both his cheeks "L-love" his lips touch yours letting the tears fall down "I l-love you m/n love" his voice cracks and you looked at him "I love you too" you said at him smiling "I'll rest ... now" You said and he hugged you tight "Y-yes love" hoseok said the room filled with crying sounds a man whit his lifeless love one .

Exact 12:00 M/n's fate ended .

After you died , Dr. Jin kept his promise heading at the usual room holding a box , seeing a male looking through the empty bed not bothering who's entering the room his appearance got a lot worst than before pale skin , red eyes , eye bags and clearly didn't sleep "Hoseok , m/n told me to give you this" finally the male looked at Dr. Jin handing him the box hoseok opened it and found a bunch of pictures of you and him a faint smile plastered on the male's face followed by the hot tears rolling in his face then opened the letter .

I don't want my sunshine always holding that sad face for so long , the first time we met and you showed me your brightest smile that I never seen in my entire life i like how you stayed positive , making me laugh on how so active you are like a sunshine . The guy with black hair teased Jin "Funny namjoon" Jin said to the male namjoon hugged him "You've done well darling" Namjoon give him an Eskimo kiss which made the male smile . Red knots tied in the both males , two gods give them a second life to be together , and it was written in a book .
