14 Chapter 14 Change in Situation

When Tae Hyung saw Jin, lying in a pool of his own blood, his body broken, he felt as if time froze. He felt a rage like never before enter him. He felt his body getting hotter and hotter, so hot that the air around him sizzled. When he saw the giant try to smash Jin again he exploded. He moved on instinct, a stream of hot energy flew through his arms to his hands and out of his body. What shocked the hell out of him was that what left his body was fire and it didn't burn him.

In that second he remembered what Jin had said about abilities. Was this his ability? But he had no time to think it over, he was in the middle of a battlefield. Focusing back on the battle he aimed his flames at the same giant he had burned. The tables had turned, the humans were no longer defending they were attacking. The giant screamed in agony as the rest of its body caught fire. Its screams horrified the other giants, the first giant that they had fought had even began to retreat. But how could Tae Hyung let it go. It was the reason many of his brothers were injured.

Turning to the escaping giant, Tae Hyung raised his right arm with his index pointed straight at the giant shaping his hand into a gun. "Bang" he whispered a stream of flames flew out from his finger and straight at the giant. The giant cried in agony as it was slowly being swallowed by the flames.

The two remaining giants seemed to have gone insane. Their original black pupils enlarged by an inch, their veins protruded turning maroon and their bodies grew larger by a metre. Their wounds were beginning to regenerate and heal at a scarily fast rate. In mere seconds all their wounds were healed only dried blood remained.

With no way to retreat the brothers attacked together. However they were slowly being cornered from two sides. The giants had not only become stronger, they had also become faster and with their knew regenerative ability they had become almost indestructible. Every wound made was healed however the Bangtang boys were not lucky enough to have the same ability.

They had no choice but to attack with all they had in hopes to defeat the giants, but that was only in the case that the regenerative ability of the giants had a limit. With every attack the brothers grew weaker. They were covered in wounds. Tae Hyung's flames and Nam Joon's stones were effective attacks and took longer to heal from but those attacks were also consumed a lot of power. And it was starting to show, Tae Hyung who was able to shoot a steady stream of flames was only able to shoot small sparks of fire at a time. Nam Joon who had been able to control hundreds of stones could only control ten. The guys were all tiring out, if things continued they were likely to all die.
