11 Chapter 11 We Fight Together

He looked ahead to find his brothers were all running towards him. Ji Min was the first to reach him, grabbing him by the collar as he tried to stand up."Idiot! Idiot! Are you stupid, I thought you were supposed to be a genius!" Ji Min shouted at him all the while tears kept running down his face. By then the rest of them had reached the two. All of them looked concerned and angry, not whether they should try to take care of Jin or kill him out of anger.

"Jin, we've all been through dangers together, since when have we ever left someone behind. Don't give me that look. We don't want your selflessness. You thought that we can't outrun that thing, and your right we can't. But we can fight it together, we're all in this together, if you fight, we all fight. To hell with sacrificing yourself, we're not that weak!" Jungkook screamed at him. After speaking his mind he looked as if he had just gotten a load of his chest. The rest of the guys nodded and echoed him. "That's right, we do things together." "One of us fights, we all fight." "Don't look down on us, we can fight as well, we're not useless." "Try having some. We won't be killed by some stupid monster."

Looking at his friends, Jin felt warmth spread through his chest despite the pain. They were right, they had all been through life and death situations together, why was he trying to sacrifice himself now. If he were them he would be fuming and feel furious with himself. He would not want one of his brothers to sacrifice themselves for him, neither would they want that.

An angry roar interrupted them. That's right, Jin thought, the monster was still alive. "Sorry guys, for what I did, it was stupid but we should focus on the problem at hand. After this you guys can lecture me all you want." Jin said as he prepared himself. The others all nodded their heads and got ready. Just as they were readying themselves, the monster burst through the trees. Black blood ran down from its wounded chest, and although it was injured it looked even more frightening than before. It looked even crazier and angrier than it did earlier. But they all held their ground, they would fight this monster together.
