Despite whatever bad deeds Charles had committed on Luciera, she did not deprive him the information about her baby. He is still the father, after all.

Ecstatic about her baby, Charles decides to tell her father and his father about it, and like him, they were all happy. Actually, everyone was. Everyone who knew not of her history with Charles. She had not tell anyone, aside from Frida, about Charles' abusive actions and infidelity towards her.

Notwithstanding Luciera's over growing depression, she still continued to nurse her baby until it was born.

Hoffen. That was his name. She named him after the word hope. Because no matter how hard things were for her, he was the reason why she held on to life. He was the reason why she held unto something she never knew she still had left, hope.

Unfortunately, Luciera had complications for after giving birth that she had died. But we all knew that main reason why. And that was because her heart couldn't stand anymore sadness.

Sadness coated the whole kingdom, even when they should rejoice for another heir was born.

After Luciera's tragic and sudden death, Charles was getting more and more insane as the days went by.
