3 Your Camera

"Aoba can't believe this. Out of many new Admiral that Aoba knows, he is the one that chosen to become Aoba's Admiral."

Aoba said that as she walking towards Kimura's office. She tried to remember what the report she took regarding most of the new Admiral at Yokosuka, but none of them stated a bad thing about Kimura. She then mumbles,

"Aoba remember that he is quite unique when leading the units in battle. Also, something about strange behavior with his manner when working and not working. And one rumor that saying about both of us is similar. Aoba wonders why."

Aoba then sighs and then mumbles,

"Hopefully, he will not act like that old man... Aoba didn't like him at all."

She then stops in front of Kimura's office door and knocks it. She also says,

"Aoba already arrives here. Permission to enter the room."

"You could enter the room, Aoba," said Kimura

Aoba nods and opens the door. When she opens the door, she sees two other Ship Girl there. One girl with pink long hair with rabbit ornament is Uzuki, and the other one with blue hair is Uzuki. Both of them looking at Aoba and then looking at Kimura.

The moment Aoba sees Kimura, she could see that he already prepared his camera. And without any warning, Kimura takes a photo of her. Aoba immediately says,

"Admiral... Why did you take Aoba's photo?"

"Not only, Aoba. He also takes a photo of both of us, pyuu~" said Uzuki with an angry face

"But... Yayoi... Didn't hate it though." said Yayoi

Kimura smiling after hearing the comment and before he could say anything, he sees Aoba takes out small notes. She then writes something there and says,

"The new Admiral, name Okazaki Kimura, already done sexual harassment towards his Ship Girl at their first meeting."

"Hey... Hey... Hey... Are you going to send me to meet the Military Police as soon as I do this to you?" ask Kimura

"Yes," says Aoba with a stern face

"Ugh... Please... Anything but that." said Kimura

Aoba then smirks a little bit and asks,

"Then why are you taking a photo about Aoba?"

Kimura looks at Aoba once more, closes the door, and says,

"For commemoration..."

"Huh?" said the other Ship Girl there

"For the commemoration of my first unit at Yokosuka. So, I will not forget about it in the future."

"Why?" ask Aoba

"Well, you know... In the future, I will lead a different unit. Or maybe this unit will expand with another Ship Girl joining us. But at the same time, we will lose someone at the battle."

"..."

"Sometimes, the memory at our head will not remember everything. But, the photo that I take could help us remember something special at the time the photo is taken. Just like today." continues Kimura

Uzuki, Yayoi, and Aoba looks at each other and looks down after hearing that. Kimura who sees their reaction then says,

"Hey... Hey... The first meeting shouldn't make that kind of face you know. You should smile."

He then walks near Aoba and touches Aoba mouth. After that, he tried to make a smiling face using Aoba's mouth and that really make Aoba surprised. Aoba immediately dismissed Kimura's hand and says,

"Admiral, if you do this once more... Aoba will report this sexual harassment to Military Police or maybe Admiral Yanagi."

"Ahahahahahaha... Please don't do that. And that the spirit." said Kimura that chuckles a bit

Kimura then walks pass Aoba and then looks at Uzuki and Yayoi. He then says,

"Next... I will take the photo of three of you."

"Wait a moment. Are you going to take another photograph?" ask Aoba

"Yes, I am."

"Ugh... You are really..."

"Yes?"

"Nothing."

Kimura then smiles and ask Yayoi and Uzuki to move to another part of the room, and while they moving Aoba asks Kimura again,

"Admiral, I believe you already know the rule here, right?"

"Yes. A rule regarding the Admiral and Ship Girl shouldn't become too close to each other, right?" answer Kimura

"Yes."

"Then... What the question?" ask Kimura

"You are really different from the other Admiral, want to do something like this. And you also already know the rule here. Then, why are you doing all of this?"

Kimura then looks at Aoba and asks her,

"What do you think about yourself?"

"Huh? Aoba is a weapon." answer Aoba

"Hmmm... Then the rest of Admiral will say the same. But not me."

"Eh?"

"For me, all of you are a human. Or a superhuman. Or maybe just a normal human with power. Something like that. I really admire all of you because of that... Ahahahaha"

Uzuki, Yayoi, and Aoba quite surprised to hear that answer from Kimura. He then smiles and says,

"I know the consequence when I say something like this. But as long no one knows it, I believe everything will be fine."

Kimura chuckles a bit and Aoba says,

"Aoba quite interested with you. It's something really rare for an Admiral to break the rule."

"Isn't the rule created for us to break it?" jokes Kimura

"Yes, it is!"

Both of them laughs together until Aoba says,

"As long Admiral Yanagi didn't catch us..."

"You don't need to worry, I have someone who could shield me from her. Ahahahahahaha."

Kimura then looks at Uzuki and Yayoi that already tired of waiting. He then asks Aoba,

"Then, are you letting me takes a photograph of your beautiful body, madame?"

"Hohohohohoho... Of course," answer Aoba

Aoba then walks towards Uzuki and Yayoi and stands near Uzuki. Kimura smiles a little bit and prepares his camera. After he takes the first one, Uzuki suddenly call him,

"Admiral, what about you also come here?"

Kimura smiles and says that he doesn't want it. But, after a lot of pressure from Uzuki and Aoba, he surrenders and starts to prepare the timer on the camera. He then walks there and stands beside Yayoi. He then says,

"Alright, everyone... Smile."

Everyone smile and after that laughs together. Kimura takes the camera and looks at it. Suddenly, Aoba ask him,

"When will you print those photo, Admiral?"

"Hmmm... Maybe this weekend when there is not much work. I believe the first week will not too hectic for me to do that." answer Kimura

"I will wait for it. Hopefully, you didn't hide anything from Aoba!"

Kimura then looks again at the photograph and after seeing the last picture, he says,

"Yayoi, why your face looks like you are angry?"

"Yayoi didn't angry. Yayoi is happy," answer Yayoi

"Is that so?"

Kimura then walks towards Yayoi and doing the same that he already did towards Aoba. The other laughs about that, except Yayoi. Then, Yayoi says,

"Now... Yayoi is mad."

"Sorry... Sorry... Ahahahahahaha."

"Hey, Admiral... Could Aoba check the other photo?" ask Aoba suddenly

"Yes, you could."

Aoba takes Kimura's camera while Kimura is apologizing towards Yayoi. After a while, Aoba says,

"Ummm... Admiral. Could you not print this one?"

"Huh? Which one?" ask Kimura

"This one. Aoba is not prepared when that happens."

The moment Kimura looks at the photo, he says,

"I don't so. You look really cute there."

Aoba looks at Kimura and then says,

"Admiral, for some reason Aoba feels that you are flirting too much with Aoba. Should Aoba report this sexual harassment to Military Police?"

"Ahahahahaha... I'm just joking you know."

Before Aoba could answer Kimura, all of them could hear someone knocks on the door. Kimura looks at the door and gives the sign that they should act like a normal Ship Girl when they have a meeting with the other Admiral. Kimura then takes his hat and open the door. In front of him stand his superior Admiral. They salute each other and then he says,

"Admiral Okazaki, are you already done with your first meeting with your unit?"

"Yes, I am," answer Kimura

"Then, you are obligated to order all of them to go back to their respective dorm. And you need to report this meeting and gather with the other new Admiral."

"Sir, Yes Sir!"

"That's all from me."

His superior then leaves Kimura, while Kimura closes the door and sighs a little bit. Aoba then comments him,

"Admiral, your personality seems to change when you are talking with them. Aoba impressed."

"Ahahahahahah... Is it?" ask Kimura

"Yes. Admiral really cool there," said Uzuki

"Thank you."

"But, why Admiral act differently towards us?" ask Yayoi

Kimura smiles a little bit and says,

"Well, all of you aren't my superior. More like a friend to me. And by doing that, I could understand all of you more."

The three of them still surprised with that and then smile towards Kimura. Kimura then says,

"It is better if all of you going back to the dorm now. I must go and meet with Haruto and Viltus."

"Sir, Yes Sir!" said three of them

Kimura salutes three of them and starts to walk towards the door once more after taking some document there. Right before he leaves the room, he says,

"And if there are only four of us, or when together with my two friends, I prohibited you to call me 'Admiral'. Just call me Kimura."

"Are you sure about that?" ask Aoba

"Yes. Could all of you do that?"

Three of them nods and sees Kimura leaves the room first. After that, Uzuki says,

"Our Admiral is really interesting, pyuu~"

"Yes. Yayoi also feels really assured that he isn't a bad Admiral like our previous Admiral. That really make Yayoi happy." said Yayoi

Both of them then starts to walk towards the dorm leaving Aoba alone in the room. Aoba looks at the camera at the desk and then says to herself,

"Aoba... wants to try... to take photographs. Aoba believes it could help Aoba in searching scoop around here."

She then starts to walks towards her dorm while thinking of a way to make Kimura help her learn to take some photographs. And together with that, her day is finished.
