2 Division

One week already passed since the new Admiral ceremony at Yokosuka and most of the new Admiral already accustomed to the situation at Yokosuka. After they have several drills with a small group of Ship Girl since last week, today all of them are assigned to their respective units that they will lead for next one or two years at Yokosuka.

And because of that, a lot of Ship Girls gathering around the administration building to find out which Admiral that will lead them. Some of them have a high expectation about their new Admiral, especially in leading the division fighting against the Abyssal.

One of the Ship Girl that also gathers there is Aoba. She seems full of energy and looks around the building as it's been a long time since she appointed on an Admiral division after her last Admiral retired from the navy.

She could hear Akebono, Ushio, Sazanami, dan Oboro that looking for their Admiral with Akebono seems agitated with the male Admiral that will lead them. Then, she also could see Zuihou and Shouhou that quite confused with the sudden change of their division there.

Aoba only could smile and walks towards the counter that gives the document to the Ship Girl. When she is waiting for her document, she could hear a panic voice from one side of the building and looks at the source of the voice. She says,

"That voice really familiar... What really happened there?"

Not long after that, she sees Viltus that carrying one girl with black attire and pink hair. She could see the red face from the girl and worried face from Viltus. He quite confused and panicked about the situation and looks around to find something. Not long after that, two girls run towards Viltus. One woman has a long braided black hair and the other one have long blonde hair. Their cloth is the same with the one that Viltus carrying right now.

Aoba then runs towards Viltus and says,

"Admiral Amarov, what happened?"

When Viltus sees Aoba, he immediately asks her without answering Aoba's question,

"Where should I bring her? I don't know what should I do right now."

Aoba looks at Viltus for a while and then looks at the girl at his hand. She knows that it's really urgent, takes a deep breath, and says,

"Aoba believe you should bring her towards the dock, the infirmary, or to her room. That three place is the best place to help her out."

"Thank you very much!" answer Viltus that immediately runs towards one of the designated places.

Aoba then only sees Viltus' back that already runs away. A lot of Ship Girls and the officer there looks at Viltus for a while and then immediately back to their business as usual. Meanwhile, Aoba thinks,

"Isn't that the new Ship Girl? If Aoba remembers correctly, her name is Harusame. Is something happening with her when meeting with Admiral Amarov?"

Aoba seems in deep thought and then at the end she says,

"Well... Whatever. Aoba needs to meet with my Admiral first before Aoba report this incident to the newspaper division."

She then nods and starts to walk towards the counter again. While the officer searching for her document, she could feel someone pats her shoulder. When she looks behind her, Aoba could see Haruto stands there and says,

"Hey, there."

"Ah... Admiral Kouga," said Aoba

"Did you forget about THAT?" ask Haruto

"Ahahahahahahaha... The problem is we are in the administration building. Of course, Aoba can't say that casually."

Both of them laughing together and then Aoba ask Haruto,

"Admiral, did you come here to pick your document regarding your new unit or you still under that unit?"

"To be honest, I don't know. My father told me to come here to find it out by myself. I wonder why I am the only one that needs to get this document by myself, while the other only need to wait for the Ship Girl come to their room. It's a drag you know," answer Haruto as he asks the officer in front of him to get him the document

"Aoba know that you will say that, Admiral Kouga."

"Well, because father says so... I need to follow him, right?"

"Yes, you are right."

Both of them waiting for the document together and then Aoba ask Haruto,

"Are you hoping that you are not transferred to another unit?"

"Of course," answer Haruto

"Together with Sendai, both of you are the troublemaker here... And that makes Ooyodo always give Aoba a lot of bad comment about you."

"Hah... Whatever."

Haruto then gets his document and seeing it a little bit. Aoba takes a little peek at the document and sees that Haruto still in his current division. Aoba then smiles and says,

"Isn't that good for you?"

"Yes, it is," said Haruto

Not long after that, both of them seeing Shiro that walking towards the counter and asking about several things regarding the unit that under her care. When she sees Aoba and Haruto, she says,

"My... My... The troublemakers of Yokosuka are together here..."

"Good morning, Admiral Yanagi!" said Aoba

"Good morning, Aoba. And you too, Haruto."

Haruto only nods towards Shiro. After that, Shiro says,

"Haaah... I can't believe there are a lot of incidents that occur today."

"Incident?" ask Haruto

"Well... You know... Something about some discontent between Ship Girls and their new Admiral." said Shiro

"Is that the reason you are here, Admiral? To find out which Ship Girls that don't want to work under their new Admiral?" ask Aoba

"Yes. So, I could relay it to High Ranking Admiral and hopefully, they will transfer those Ship Girl to another unit that accepting them..."

"As a weapon?" ask Haruto

Aoba looks at Haruto and then looks at Shiro that only could sigh after hearing Haruto's remarks. Not long after that, the three of them could hear someone calling Haruto,

"Haruto! Hey, Haruto!"

Three of them looking at the source and could see Kimura running towards them. When he arrives there, he immediately salutes Shiro and then looks at Haruto. After that, he says,

"Good morning, Admiral Yanagi."

"Good morning, Admiral Okazaki. If you want to talk to Admiral Kouga, go ahead," said Shiro

"Thank you."

Kimura then takes a deep breath and then asks Haruto,

"Haruto, did you already meet with Viltus? I believe he said that we will meet him after he finished meeting with his unit, right?"

"No... I didn't. Maybe he still not finished his meeting," answer Haruto

"But, I heard that he already finished his meeting with his division..." answer Kimura

"Ummm... If you searching for Admiral Amarov, Aoba believe he should be around the dock or infirmary," said Aoba

"Huh? Why is he there?" asked Kimura

"Well..."

"One of his Ship Girl is unconscious at their first meeting," answer Shiro

Both Haruto and Kimura quite surprised to hear the explanation. Both of them look at each other and start to walk towards either the dock or infirmary. But, Shiro stops them and ask,

"Did both of you already meet with your respective unit?"

"I haven't met with them," answer Kimura

"Should I meet with them? Because the unit still the same for my case," said Haruto

"If that true, then that's alright with you, Admiral Kouga. But, for you Admiral Okazaki, you should meet with your respective unit first. After that, you could do whatever you like." said Shiro

"Sir, Yes Sir!"

Kimura then looks at Haruto and nods at him. He then salutes Shiro and starts to walk towards his office. Aoba, who is watching there, could hear the officer at the counter calling her name,

"Heavy Cruiser Aoba!"

"Yes, Aoba here," said Aoba.

"Here the document regarding your new units and your Admiral"

"Thank you."

Aoba looks at the name and then she quite surprised to see the name. She then says,

"Wait a minute... Since when a new Admiral could have a Heavy Cruiser inside their units? Aoba thought that Aoba will be under more superior and experienced Admiral."

"I couldn't give you any command... You know, the higher ups already agree with this. So you only need to follow it." answer the officer

Aoba only could sigh to hear the response and looks again at the document. The name that shown in the document is the one that will become her Admiral. And the name is,
