19 It’s Because Of Jack

The weak step was getting worse in Ed's leg muscles. When he thinks his position has already moved away from Lucy, Ed stopped his move on a park bench where there were many shady trees.

The breeze brushed his skin as if to invite him to talk.

'Why did you come when my heart began to organize.' Monologue Ed sat down weakly.

It was really not something like this that he expected!

'If you didn't say that, maybe I wouldn't hurt to hear what you said, it's just that after hearing you say it, I tried to inspect myself, and I think this is the best, according to your wishes Lucy,' Ed thought as he sighed softly.

Honestly, giving up the person he loves mostly has filled his day in several years is not easy. It's just that the decision that Ed has taken has been unanimous, and he doesn't want to shake his thinking.

Ed closed his eyes a little and tried to lean on the park bench, trying to feel a gentle sweep of the breeze that hit him.

"If there's a problem, why not talk to me about it?"

A voice that suddenly appeared when Ed's heart began to calm down.

Thump!

Spontaneously, Ed forced open his eyes.

"You?" Ed was surprised when he saw the figure of his younger sister.

"Yes, it's me," said Nate.

"I'm fine," said Ed.

Of course, Ed, who thinks Nate is Nara in front of him, doesn't want to talk about what he feels to her.

"Are you sure you're going to be all right? I think it would be nice of you to talk to me about it," Nate said coldly and flatly.

Ed, who was hearing this for the first time, shuddered a little. How come?

Nara is usually cheerful and cheerful. It could be said that she rarely speaks in such a cold tone.

Ed, who was intimidated by his younger sister, finally relented and began talking slowly to Nate.

"I hope you don't be surprised by what I'm talking about."

Nate frowned softly. For a moment, Nate tried to digest what Ed had said.

'Wait, could he possibly say something about ...'

Nate gulped his saliva roughly. Hearing Ed's opening sentence, Nate could immediately conclude the direction of the conversation.

'Nate ... remember that you are Nara!' Nate's mind tried to remember where he was.

"Nara, actually before this, I have had a lover, and my relationship with her is quite long. It's just—"

Ed hung up his sentence, trying to pay attention to the look on Nate's face first.

Nate was completely silent. Not because he was surprised that Ed had a lover, but because the sentence that said 'before this' made him think hard about what Ed was saying.

'Don't tell me if Ed broke up, or vice versa?' Nate's mind immediately predicted what Ed said.

Ed, who saw the girl in front of him was confused, immediately tapped her shoulder softly.

"I knew you'd be surprised that I didn't tell you," said Ed quietly.

"What is your next sentence, bro?" asked Nate, who was already curious.

There was a sound of sighing from the sides of Ed's lips.

"It's just that right now we, or rather I decided to end this relationship for reasons I can't tell you for now, because every time I try to tell it, I feel worse," said Ed sadly.

Nate, who saw Ed like that, spontaneously rubbed Ed's shoulder gently and gave him just a little advice.

"It's Ok, bro, at least you're much better now, sometimes we also need someone or someone else just to hear our story," said Nate.

Ed agreed with Nate's words, which were somewhat absurd.

"Thank you, you want to listen to me, without cornering or just asking questions about my love, Nara," said Ed at last.

This time it was answered for Nate why his older brother looked cranky before, and don't forget that the bent face had been clearly visible since two days ago, more precisely when Ed really broke his relationship with Lucy.

"So, that was the reason you asked Nate and me to shop?" said Nate lightly.

Ed just smiled slightly while nodding his head slowly.

Hearing this, of course, Nate rolled his eyes lazily and regretted himself a little because he could not realize what was wrong with Ed, even though usually Ed often told him about himself.

'Wait ... if Nara becomes me, that means ... Nara already knows about Ed and Lucy's relationship? Ed probably told Nara, 'Nate thought as he realized what had happened.

"Does Nate also know about your relationship with Lucy?" asked Nate, trying to dig up information.

Ed nodded his head slowly, but after that, he shook his head again.

"What do you mean?" asked Nate, who didn't understand the code for Ed's attitude.

Ed chuckled for a moment and afterward told him that his twins already knew about his relationship with Lucy, only that he only knew that his relationship had ended with Lucy and only then was Nate.

'Ah ... it turns out, I think Nara is more sensitive than me, and most likely she already knows.'

Nate just nodded his head slowly.

'Poor Ed'

Since Jack's previous question, Louis can tapping his finger on the table while staring at a clear glass in front of him, as if the glass can hold what he thinks into the glass.

'Damn you, Jack! Because of you, I become haunted by every word that you say to me. '

Again, Louis breathed softly. Louis wanted to scream if only he didn't remember that he was still in his office.

Not getting an answer or the thing he wanted, Louis could only ruff his hair roughly while sighing harshly like a frustrated person, especially until this second, Louis didn't get a single message from Nara.

The longer the feeling that he previously thought was normal without any sense of worry, it actually creates more anxiety, followed by feelings of blaming himself, even though he doesn't even know the main reason.

"Please, you didn't call me just because you were busy, not for some other ridiculous reason."

Knock!

Knock!

(Sound the door opened)

"Louis, you're not coming home?" asked Jack, who did not know he entered the room.

Louis did not say a word, but a waving gesture he used to subtly drive away from the existence of Jack, his best friend, as well as a good partner.

"So you—"

Jack has not finished talking. Louis quickly cut off the conversation and said Jack could come home from his office.

"Okay, good luck, bro!" yelled Jack cheerfully.
