Qiao Anhao sat beside Xu Jiamu for a while, then glanced up the stairs. She got up, walked over to the water dispenser, and got herself a cup of water. When she walked back to the sofa, she called, "Brother Jiamu."

Xu Jiamu didn't react. His line of sight was so concentrated, his eyes never blinked.

"Brother Jiamu?" Qiao Anhao called his name again while patting his shoulder.
