[Body Refining] is the art of taking in Qi and Using it to temper my body's muscles producing Interal Qi and making a Body Core for future Cultivation

[Cultivators Insight is looking over the arts, using both arts to make more perfect art,]

[Body and Soul Refining] Art of using Qi temper the body and form and produce internal Qi and tempering the soul with the Internal Qi this allows the forming of a Dantain

2. Realms

[Mortal Realm]

This is the Foundation has 3 minor realms Beginner, Intermediate, Peak. This realm is used to set the Cultivators foundation and slowly break free from the mortal chains

[Ascended Realm]

This is Qi Refining realm with the 3 minor realms. This realm the cultivator becomes capable of producing their own Qi naturally in their Core

[Awakened Realm]

This is realm has 3 minor realms and is used to determine the Cultivators future, after this point is is impossible to change the cultivation techniques nature, and the cultivator can no longer be considered mortal.
