On there way to the Mablum house Rita told them about her parents death and also living with her aunt and uncle but she didn't tell them what he had done to her.

when they got home they took her to a room told her to dress up and come down as she opened the closest of that room she saw many fine clothes and the picture of a girl with the couple downstairs she wondered were is this girl. she went downstairs and saw that food was served the woman whose name was Cecilia told her to come and eat she also said she looked good and told her the cloth belongs to her daughter Jennifer but she is in college studying medicine at the university of Boston.

Mr Jason said he likes a survive and after she had been through she was still strong so he told her if she didn't mind he and his wife will like to be her adopted parents.

In the next 5 months everything was sorted and Rita changed to Golden Mablum, but the couple realise that their new daughter doesn't cry nor laugh so they took her to a therapist who told them she had a traumatic past but isn't ready to open up.

But the couple loved her even with her past still a secret but from that day her father told her to always tell him everything wether big or small. that's the reason he was angry for Golden not telling him about her boyfriend and if he wasn't in her house he won't still have met the boy.
